Slow Claims & Customer Service

I find Maxxia very slow at processing my claims, often missing the payperiod cut off. When I make an enquiry it is usually after 5 business days before I receive a response and It is hard to get through to Customer Service to make any enquiries.

The staff at Maxxia are amazing. Donna actively listened to my issue and then applied her knowledge of the product to my situation. This is the best customer service I’ve ever received. The customer care consultant I spoke with was excellent. She was professional, friendly & informative.

Not only did Tiffany answer my questions she took initiative to explain things and problem solve which has really helped my situation.

Great Customer Sevice

I have just started with a Novated Lease and dealt with Jessica and Nick. I have to say they were really great
Being a shift worker it is hard to speak on the phone and email is a mich better option for me to communicate with, they fully understood and were really great with respecting this throughout the lease negotiations and when i did speak directly to them they were great. The negotiations and quotes were quick and very very reasonable

Great customer service

There were a few people who assisted me throughout the process of getting my car and organising my salary package. Despite it taking longer than expected, everyone who was involved was patient, answered all my questions and kept me up to date on everything that was happening. Once we were able to have my formed signs, it was easy and efficient. I was really impressed with how I was treated and the professionalism of everyone involved. Wonderful customer service

Clear and professional advice. Lot of options discussed with Raj, the representative who was happy to discuss each of them. The only thing was that I had to wait long before getting to speak to somebody.

Questions & Answers

I was wondering why can't I get to a zero balance when I purchase something equal to the available balance. It gets declined and only allows me to purchase to within $20 to $25 of the zero balance. This happens on a regular basis. I check my balance....purchase something slightly less yet it is still declined. If it is a real time balance I should be able to use it. It gets quite frustrating especially at the EOFY. Any response would be helpful. Thanks.

Hi I work part time and use Maccas for my salary sacrifice. Thinking about leasing a car as well. My question is I have a bad credit rateing due to past problems will I be approved as I have permanent employment or will my credit history ruin my chances of a lease? Thanks

I see Maxxia dont want to respond to any questions in the too hard basket. Your post appears to be invisible to customer service. Be very careful going ahead with Maxxia’s digital finance application if you have a bad credit file. Doesnt matter your income or job security, whether you have assests and savings or Maxxia telling you that you will be approved. Doesnt even matter if you have tried hard to become more financially responsible and can prove it. Their financiers (Macquarie Bank and St George Bank) will drag you through the mill, and put multiple enquiries for excessive amounts of credit on your credit file which will further damage your credit file for another 5 years. My advice, establish regular savings and wait until everything clears on your file. Hope this helps. Dont give up!
