Very efficient service. Staff was very professional kind, helpful and they were able to answer all my questions when I was unsure about anything. I Would recommend this service to anybody, very Beneficial to Me.
Quick and easy
Just a quick to thank Callum for his help this morning - I had forgotten my log in details and he helped me sort that out by sending me an email straight away; my mission was to change my bank account details and rather than just leave it at sending me the password info, he also emailed me simple instructions on how to change those details (which was fortunate because your website was experiencing technical difficulties and I didn't want to leave it to another time)

Terrible and unreliable
Unreliable and poor communication from the Maxxia company. Phone operators are friendly but I hate how this company operates. Very poor service. I wouldn’t salary package with them if I could help it.

I have always been impressed with Maxxia's customer service. For the past couple of years, I have never had to wait longer than a couple of minutes on the phone. Each phone call is taken seriously and ensured that all my issues are resolved. Most recently, André Bovey should be commended on his great customer service and resolving the issues I had with Maxxia payments. André is empathetic, communicates clearly and followed up to resolve the issues I had in a timely manner. Thank you again for your help. It is very much appreciated.
Incompetent and non-transparent
Thave taken 100% of my pay several times now, only to realise after I have informed them that I have met my quota for the fringe benefits
Initially they over paid me and I had to pay the money back... to then wait for itto be sent back to my work for tax... this meant I had to wait a month to receive my pay
The second time they "forgot" to stop taking my pay, they didnt pay me at all. It just sat there until I called them to ask what had happened. Again had to wait another month to receive my pay
Then the third time this happened, the same thing... and still waiting for my pay now. Getting by on a nursing wage is hard as it is... and I rely on my pay check coming through.
Every time I've spoken with a maxxia consultant they have told me varied different incorrect information. They have been rude to me, patronizing when I suggested that their movements of funds wasnt very transparent, and have actively hidden information from me (eg. Sending me an email after hanging up the phone to let me know that they are withholding a further $300+ from me as an administrative fee for closing my account).... yeah... coz the top quality service and attention to details when handling my money is worth $300
I'm so sick of the whole entire organisation but if I want to utilise the fringe benefits I'm entitled to as a nurse in public health I am forced to deal with this incompetent company.

Good customer resolutions
I was quite angry when I had to call 5 times to get my work-related expense claim set up. I was advised that the form was incomplete, where it was impossible that they only received half of the documents x 3 times when the form was in a PDF format. On my 5th called, I spoke with Sujatha. She resolved all the issues for me in a calm and professional manner using both telephone and emails. She took the ownership of the call and deal with it. Fantastic work Sujatha. I still did not appreciate the delay of the process and lack of communication. But I do appreciate your assistance.

Contacted Nicholas Chong in regards to rego renewal,the service nick provided was excellent,couldn’t ask for better.the service he provided was first class and got me out of a bit of a pickle.

After navigating through the option menu I didn’t have to wait long to talk to someone and felt they were extraordinarily helpful and friendly. I feel like they listened and made a real effort to help. Excellent customer service. I have dealt with other salary sacrificing companies and Maxxia is by far superior.

Salary Package Correction
I am very pleased with the swift action by Caroline to rectify an error with my SS package which occurred following a request from me to make a payment adjustment.
From enquiring to completion was so quick and easy. The only hold up was my employer getting back to Maxxia! Thank you to Steven and Gerrard for your prompt responses and updates on how things were proceeding.
