This is great, set the dolphin and off it goes
Working out position of the handle for cleaning the curves of the pool, easy to clean filters, works while I do other jobs, no need to be there or watching to make sure the whole pool is done

A good pool cleaner for custom pebblecrete pool.
I've had the M400 for over 1 year & it has performed adequately for our custom kidney shaped pebblecrete pool. The M400 can usually clean the pool within 1 session, unless we've had a storm and there is more debris present requiring an additional cleaning session.
The unit is easy to clean & the filters can easily be removed for cleaning.
The only complaint is the fine filter panels are easily broken, particularly the lower lugs that connect into the frames when too much debris is captured. They seem inadequate for the pressure of material a...

I have tried calling the support care team regarding the filters, but unfortunately they want me to return the whole unit & the broken filters which I no longer have. If the problem occurs again I'll do this.

Great cleaner that reduced cleaning needs
Easy to use, simple to clean filters, just plug in and it does the job, in addition cleans the walls as well, removes fine debris from floor and walls. Good warranty as well

Works well. Good customer support.
We bought an M400 after getting a demo by our local pool shop. Right from the start our unit had trouble as it would get caught on the lowest step in our pool. After some back and forth between ourselves, the pool shop and Maytronics, Maytronics provided a set of different side covers and the cleaner has been performing perfectly since. It now does a great job of picking up dirt and debris from the pool. Recommended.

DO NOT BUY FOR ABOVE GROUND POOLS
Was a gift, cleans ok, spends too much time up walls, has now punctured liner. Power supply failed, and had to be replaced. Does not like curved surfaces, stairs, etc. The edges (front and rear) are too sharp for tight spaces.

I do not appear to be able to lock the handle in place for my M400 - the manual is pretty average on that front. Accordingly, it won't do the sides of the pool (which is the main reason I bought this). Can you please provide assistance on how to lock the handles at the appropriate angle?

Yeah just turn the dolphin upside-down, roll the tracks off (pull track sideways near the roller while rotating the roller), change the rollers then roll the tracks back on
