Maytronics Dolphin M400

My M400 is over 5 years old now, and it’s still like new, never replaced a single part. As someone else said, the best $2000+ I ever spent on pool equipment.

Very happy with it and would recommend. It does the job that it was purchased for and if you want a good pool cleaner then this is the one for you.

This machine is an amazing cleaner for our 12 m pool. It has a wonderful trolley to store it all on so that everything is easily stacked and stored away.

This wasn’t cheap but I’m glad I stumped up for it…does a brilliant job of genuinely set and forget pool cleaning. No regrets of not opting for an infloor self cleaning system- this is perfect

I have had my Maytronics Dolphin for a few months now and it is amazing. Far better than the previous model. It picks up larger leaves and all debris on the bottom of the pool. I switch it on and off it goes, the pool has never been cleaner! It is also a lot lighter which is great for me when I lift it out to clean. Cleaning the filters is a lot simpler than the previous model. Another bonus is that it cleans higher up on the pool walls.

our pool is surrounded by lots of trees - the M400 cleans up leaves and seeds effectively and cleaning filters is no issue - we can also leave it in while we swim and it continues to do the job well.

We recently purchased the Maytronics Dolphin M400 with trolley for our pool. Easy to place into the pool, turn it on, let the robot do its thing, lift out of the pool, clean the filters and tuck it away until needed again. One of the best inventions EVER!

Purchased about 4 years ago and has never let us down. We had a an issue with our Dolphin initially cleaning the entire pool always cleaning the deep end. By adjusting the handle angle until we found the right location to suit our pool and it cleans the entire pool including walls every time.
Noticed a big saving in water not having to backwash as much compared to our previous cleaner that worked on the suction from the skimmer box.
Good quality machine and great design. Filters simplistic but effective design are easily accessed and easy to clean. Caddy makes it easy to pack up and put away after each use.
We love it as it makes owning a pool so easy.

Unfortunately this cleaner has been a frustrating experience. It never cleaned all the pool and spent most of it's time in the deep end. The cartridge type leaf catchers have a small capacity and they kept bursting open inside the unit. The impeller would frequently get clogged. It was too heavy to easily take out of the pool. Numerous parts failed: the brushes, the cable, the cartridges, the s clips holding the cartridges closed, the power supply switches and now it has stopped working completely. The parts are so expensive it is not worth rebuilding it. I thought I was buying a top of the line cleaner but it has been disappointing.

This is the second season that we've had this cleaner. It does a really good job, but the wonder brushes are worn out already.
I was shocked to find out that it costs over $100 a pair...and you need two sets..!
That's a lot of money in maintenance costs..

I originally bought a Zodiac CX35 online and was so excited to use it for the first time. Found I was happy enough until it broke within 7 days.. got an error code and it refused to move. Sent it back for a refund.

I have a large 80,000 litre Pebble Crete pool and it cleans it perfectly every time. I put it in once every week or two as required. The cartridge type filters are easy to remove and clean.

What a great cleaning unit the Dolphin M400 is! Easy to use, easy to maintain and it has its own trolley to relax in when it’s not hard at work cleaning the pool.

Gets right up to the waterline and steps.

Early days but very impressed so far. Picks up much more than our previous suction cleaner. Seems very easy to operate and emptying the waste compartments is an absolute breeze

I purchased my Matronics M400 yesterday from Brisbane Pool.
My previous M400 had died after 7 years of solid service without ever having one fault. My new M400 is perfect and does such a wonderful job keeping my pool sparkling clean. I have lots of trees and leaves, but this model is absolutely perfect and does a wonderful job cleaning floor, walls and waterline. Its a really good quality build and I would recommend anyone to buy this model.
