He dropped everything to come and see us at short notice as we only had 1 week until we needed to be unconditionally approved for our first home. Our previous bank had left us hanging and as this was our first purchase we were extremely nervous about the whole process. [name removed] guided us through and recommended ING as they were offering a special deal for first home buyers. We were conditionally approved within 2 days and unconditional by COB on friday. Had we have stayed with our bank I doubt they would have met the timeline. Matt was very knowledgible and friendly, and we have no hesitation in recommending him to our friends.
