Quite Reasonable Service – Bought 18kg Dry dog food. Best price of all the 'warehouses' by apx 7% in this instance so saved me 15 bucks. Included free delivery as most of them do. ATTN CHICKEN PEEPS – Do NOT buy any bags of poultry grain from Mega Pet Warehouse if you intend to store it. We got x2 20kg bags & upon opening a "fresh" bag this morning, we were met with a rancid, stinking mess. you tend to do with chickens. We all know if grains are stored right (see above), they should keep for much longer.
A 14 day return policy, not applicable to "consumable products", is ridiculous if they're selling to us in 20kg sacks.
Absolutely appalling! Don't shop here. We won't be again.
unreliable – l have been chasing up my order now for a month. Staff gave me mixed information on whether they stocked the product or not, my cat who has urinary issues can't run out of food. Then assured me that my order would be in by a certain day and would give me a call. Get a grip Epping and give me the product that was advertised and ordered for me at the price it was advertised at. Feels like your hoping lm going to give up on this. Not happy
A week later and nothing – Reading the other reviews I'm a bit nervous. It's the first time I've ordered from this business and I'm still chasing them a week later on the dispatch. Followed up and they said it would be dispatched four days ago but still no tracking details. With so many people ordering online, companies like this need to lift their game if they offer online shopping. I hope I get my order soon!
Average online store experience – I ordered but did not receive any confirmation emails at all. Only reason I know an order happened is the money is gone. I created an account (after ordering) and can see the order which is still 7 days later "processing" when shipping is up to 7 days from order. I sent an enquiry and after 4 days have no reply. I called the store and was told someone would call me back in the afternoon. I'm not holding my breath. I probably won't order again.
Excellent Service- Epping Victoria – Staff friendly, ready to help with any needs. Store has always had stock that I was looking for, or has offered to order what I needed.
Could check out online – Terribly frustrating. Shopped online, only to get to the checkout & it wouldn’t let me finalise my payment. They lost a good sale because I gave up after several tries.
Walked in walked out – Went to the Epping store today and was very disappointed overall I thought it was “mega pet warehouse” I was wrong not much in the way of fish or fish related products at all!
Well below expectations – Took more than 2 months to get my harness delivered only for it to not match the advertised size, however when I told them and sent pictures, they simply said I was wrong and have stopped replying my emails. 2 weeks now no further reply.
Friendly service – staff are friendly here and knowledge on products excellent. I've been coming here for 4 years, fresh mince and range of pet needs. Ive walked into petbarn up the road and nobody comes up to you no friendly service
Online shopping! – Purchased sentinel worming tablets for my doggy online and received notification not long after to say my order is ready to be picked, absolutely love how it can be picked up at your closest store rather than paying postage, very happy also received 20% discount at the time as they were having a sale! Very happy with this product have used it for years with my previous doggy :-)
Excellent friendly service every time – Can’t praise staff enough. Always a smile and even remember my name. They welcome my dog and give good advice. The product range is perfect for me. Easy parking too.
Fauty Product - Terrible Service – I purchased a leather Puppy Collar. Took it home to find that both loops that you thread collar through were super small. faulty as the loops were too small. I took product back to Mega Pet Warehouse in Cheltenham, with receipt in hand. I was directed to Manager who started giving me a hard time!! You should of, “tried the collar before you purchased it!” Seriously!! Who buckles up a collar in the store when some of them are security protected on cardboard with plastic ties??? I liked the product and bought it! Then the Manager proceeded to tell me that, “ how am I supposed to re-sell it as the end of collar is frayed looking, curling up due to trying to push the loops too small!!! Sell a “Faulty Product” , really???? After giving me a ridiculously hard time, he said that if the rep agreed to give him a store credit, then I could have a store credit ... lucky for me the Rep agreed and I was able to get a non faulty collar. The Manager then proceeded to tell me that he had to give me the worst case scenario just in case I might be a “Fraud “ like maybe I deliberately went home and sewed the loops smaller... he then farewelled me with “come again”!!!! I would just like to say that his behaviour and statements were appalling and not warranted for a clearly “Faulty Product” And, I will NOT be returning to your store as there are many reputable Pet Stores around.... All of this stress for a Faulty $23.95 puppy
Customer service old lady is rude – The cashier with a name Jo on that shop needs to attend some customer service course. She ignored us even though she saw us that we need some assistance. We are not also sure if she has problem hearing as she asked us multiple times as well before she gets the question. Date: 18/09/17 Time: 2:30pm.
