Very poor value for money
Very disappointing when they showed up compaired to any others. Looked like a salad bowl. Very poor value for money
Ordered a beautiful colourful bouquet for a friends housewarming. What was delivered was 6 flowers and a bunch of green leaves. I was too embarrassed to give them to my friend so I just ended up throwing them out.
They told me the delivery window was between 2-6pm so I had to take a half day off work and they turned up at 5:45pm. There was no water in the vase and the leaves and flowers already looked like they were on their way to dying. Called and spoke to Jake in customer service who was lovely and helpful but unfortunately I won’t be shopping with this company again.
Worst flowers ever
Quality the worst ....The delivery was 4.59 for a delivery before 5pm really ! , then there was already open roses and brown leaves and not even in a box water went everywhere. I found out where 140 dollars and more like a 60 dollars at best ....over priced for what we got. And when emailed them about it they didn’t even email or call me... so now I will review....and the flowers I have had for 3 days are now all brown leaves, didn’t even last the week I have had better flowers from coles... would never use this company again poor service poor quality and highly would avoid...
Sent flowers to a friend, paid a lot and flowers were not the same as picture,
Didn’t mind they might have been not the same flowers but you only got half the number of flowers in picture. Waste of money
Awful and not local
Buyer beware! I called Meg's Flowers but end up dealing with Sarah's Flowers! Suffice to say neither Meg or Sarah are local Florists, this is a national distributor, but their online presence pretends they are in Lenah Valley. http://www.megsflowerslenahvalley.com.au/
This was what they sent for a condolence. I asked for an arrangement but instead they sold me a vase. The brief was for red white and blue for the beloved football team - fail...
They refunded $60 of the $180, yes you read that correctly. Oh and they still had my credit card details to process that refund.

I ordered flowers for my niece spending $134 including delivery. I requested sunflowers to be incorporated into an arrangement and was assured they had them in stock
and they would be there
The arrangement had zero sunflowers. 2 gerberas 2 Lillies and 2 roses thrown together with cheap filler flowers not even nicely arranged.
My experience with this company has shown to me they are dishonest unprofessional in their application and greedy I'm sorry to say.

Ordered an expensive bouquet for Mother's Day. When she received them, they were nothing like what was pictured. Cheap bunch we could have picked up from supermarket for $30, instead of the $130 we paid. Emailed complaint (with photos for comparison). Email ignored. Phoned and was spoken to rudely, insisting that I give them understanding as it was Mother's Day and they were very busy. Phone worker was rude and kept cutting me off. Put me on hold for over 45 mins to what I presume was a dead line with no one on the other end as it never answered. No shopfront or real workers to speak to, just telemarketers in a call center. Will NEVER order from here again. Website is a scam and I will be reporting to the Office of Fair Trading.

got the flowers yesterday and really poor quality and not a described,so i complained and they said they would replace the flowers ,god almighty the replacement was poorer quality again.
dont bother with this lot.the original one i was supposed to be sent ,to what i was sent and the replacement and no refund even though i thought they do the right thing ..STAY AWAY

I ordered flowers through Meg’s Flowers for my poor Sister In-Law who had just found out she had Breast Cancer. I chose a beautiful bright cheery arrangement off their website that would hopefully bring a little bit of sunshine to the heart breaking week she had endured. Unfortunately as you can see from the images below, what I ordered and what turned up were two totally different things. The arrangement that turned up was dull and the flowers half dead. Not what was on the website
I ordered my mother’s birthday present from megs flowers. What I ordered off the website and to what my mother received where 2 totally different bouquets. I was very disappointed!!! and the hold time to get through to their customer service was even worse. The only good thing was that gentleman I spoke to once I finally got through refunded my money straight away and when I showed him the photos he couldn’t believe it either. I will never order through Megs flowers again.
Don’t use megs flowers
I ordered flowers for a family member for Easter. The family member is a florist and she said the flowers were 3rd rate and that I had been ripped of big time. I contacted mega but had no response from them.
Poor Service and communication
I ordered a bunch of flowers and chocolates for my daughter-in-law's birthday to be delivered on April 23. By the evening my son told me they had not received them, although I had received a text saying that they had been delivered. After a couple of phone calls I was told they were delivered to the wrong address. The company had the correct address and my phone number. I would have thought the delivery driver would use google maps to locate the address. No further contact from the company, twice placed on hold for long periods and no response to my text or emails. After no response and poor communication I asked for a refund but have had no response.
Rude Customer Service!
I ordered a bunch of flowers on the 28th of April to be delivered on the 30th of April. They were being sent to my best friend who is a teacher. And in the same suburb of Kippa Ring in which Meg’s Flowers is located. I emailed Megs Flowers this morning and asked for them to be delivered before 3pm thinking the delivery driver may already have in mind that they needed to be delivered to a school so they need to be delivered by 3pm. It’s now 3pm they still haven’t been delivered. My best friend has finished work. I have rang Meg’s Flowers three t...imes and been transferred three times. I’ve been on hold for nearly 45 mins trying to find out where these flowers that I paid over $100 for are. The last time I called the lady that answered spoke over the top of me and told me if I stopped hanging up and ringing back someone would answer me when they could and that I should just keep holding. My best friends birthday is today. And now she doesn’t have her present. I will never use Meg’s flowers again for anything!
I rang and ordered flowers from Meg's Hobart to be delivered for Easter on the Thursday before Easter at 1.30pm and was guaranteed that they would be delivered that afternoon. I checked to make sure the delivery had been made at 8.00pm that evening, no delivery. I sent a email message to Meg's flowers immediately, rang the number I had previously used to place the order, no reply to either. The order was never delivered and on the Tuesday following I rang again and was placed hold for 3/4 of an hour before hanging up the first time and 20 mins the second time. I did get a full refund a week after placing the order and about 5-6 phone calls of being put on hold and being passed around like a football.
Thought this time they may get it right
I was contacted by a person from this business re my disappointment in flowers, that we sent to our grand daughter for her birthday, to her work place, after a long discussion, they offered to send a replacement of flowers to her, at her work, they asked what day to send them and what did I want put on the card... I said she was off either a Tuesday or a Friday, so to send them on Wednesday... They delivered them on Tuesday... She was not there, and they left them on a table in the waiting room, didn't tell anyone they had flowers, for [name in...itial removed] Just sat them on the table and drove away. End of day someone from upstairs saw the flowers and put them some where safe, after lunch today Wednesday they came down and asked anyone know what dept [name initial removed] Works in what a joke... I've since read reviews, this is common practice.

HI there, I ordered flowers this morning for a bereavment at 8.50am and they were supposed to be delivered (guaranteed) by 6pm. No sight of the flowers as yet.
