I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Melbourne Telecom. I was completely shocked to have the rudest email from the director of the company of all things! I would never deal with them. Customer service is the rudest I have ever experienced. The email addressed to me regarding my inquiry was outright rude and he had the audacity to end the email as calling me pathetic. Wow I have to say I am stunned.
Rude Director, if the director is rude how can you expect the rest of the company staff to be any better?
