Won't provide HBCF insurance certificate, waterproofing certificate.
It is more than 6 weeks since the $79,000 renovation was 'completed'. The builder has refused to provide the following: 1. HBCF insurance certificate or proof of application (this certificate is required by law before commencing work) 2. Waterproofing certificate for bathroom 3. Proof that the contractor who did the electrical work is a licensed electrician 4. instructions for bathroom heating.
There are still many unresolved issues regarding workmanship. Absolutely appalling.
