Just don't. Took the warehouse 3 weeks to sort out the stock. Finally gets on the truck to Melbourne. Told delivery between 9 and 5pm. Driver calls at 815pm. Had already left the house and there was no where to leave it. I just want a refund. This company and their delivery provider have no idea what customer service is. Told them that I don't want the item and they won't refund, store credit only. You can't do that. Formal complaints have been lodged, absolute scammers, STAY AWAY.

I ordered 6 dining chairs and returned them as I ordered the wrong colour. The process was very easy and the customer service team were great.

Within days of placing an order I asked to cancel one item which had not yet been shipped.
The company has kept my money and refused to provide a refund.
I tried in good faith to find alternative products on their website that I could buy with the store credit but most things on the website have very long lead times of 18 weeks.
Given that I will be returning to London in February this is of course absolutely useless, meaning this company has effectively stolen my money - their answer “sorry it’s our policy”!

Beautiful chair, larger than I expected which was a nice surprise. Super comfortable and looks great with the sheepskin I've added.

purchased 6 black wishbone chairs from Milano republic, the chairs arrived before their ETA which was great! The company also called to confirm a delivery time prior to delivery, to ensure we were home. Company is very professional and the chairs look fantastic, they are really great quality, very sturdy and do not require any assembly. Highly recommend!

I am a designer and have work internationally on many high-end projects where I dealt with the actual original designer-furniture. The replicas you can get from Milano Republic are as close and as good as the originals for fraction of their cost! I have ordered few items from them and none of my guests could notice any difference.
The sales service was very welcoming and patient with my barrage of enquiries. Once satisfied, I ordered online but elected to pick the order from the warehouse myself. Therefore, I cannot comment on the delivery proc...

I can't recommend Milano Furniture highly enough. Their website was easy to navigate and our table arrived exactly on schedule. The quality is fantastic and we've very happy with our purchase.

Our experience with Milano Republic is A+, serviced well and professional. We did not go on line but phoned and spoke with a young man called Chris who helped us with ordering an Eames white aniline leather chair and ottoman. We paid with credit card, got a confirmation and a week later the chair was at our place, 550 km north of Sydney. Super comfortable, looks lovely, and worth every penny. And to everyone complaining : this is a copy, people, if you want the real deal, pay 6000 dollars instead of the 1400. Simple as that. PS thank you, Chris, for your excellent service and patience. Recently acquired a premium leather replica Eames armchair from MR online. First the good - looks like a reasonable approximation of the real thing from afar and quality seems ok. After reading so many negative reviews, I took a risk and purchased from their Online Store, as they were the only company stocking the product. Had ZERO issues throughout.
