I ordered 6 dining chairs and returned them as I ordered the wrong colour. The process was very easy and the customer service team were great.

When the chairs we bought arrived damaged and in poor shape, Milano were absolutely brilliant. They replaced them quickly and fuss-free. In fact, the customer service is probably the best I've experienced for a long, long time. Seriously impressive. And the new chairs are great too.

Within days of placing an order I asked to cancel one item which had not yet been shipped.
The company has kept my money and refused to provide a refund.
I tried in good faith to find alternative products on their website that I could buy with the store credit but most things on the website have very long lead times of 18 weeks.
Given that I will be returning to London in February this is of course absolutely useless, meaning this company has effectively stolen my money - their answer “sorry it’s our policy”!

The aftercare service is poor!! This company will never accept responsibility for faulty goods. Don’t buy from them!! If you do make sure you check everything on the item, stitching on chairs and any scratches

I ordered four Hans Wegner replica barstools and paid nearly $200 to have them delivered to Melbourne which was exorbitant. I was disappointed by the finish which looked cheap (the timber looked plastic-y with no grain) and found them unsuitable for my home. When I tried to return them (within the specified 7-14 days) I was told I could only receive a store credit minus nearly $400 for freight both ways. I explained I could accept forgoing cost of freight but wanted a refund as any further purchases would again attract a further $200 delivery -...

I bought an Eames Chair replica from Milano Republic. I would call it a Eames lookalike, No one in my family could sit in it for more than a minute. I would not recommend buying this without trying first. The chair shown on their site doesn't look like the one I received. I made my dissatisfaction know to the seller and they offered me a store credit shipping paid by me. The screw in floor protectors are missing so the chair is not useable. Stay away.

Purchase 2 seater wing back lounge, made of linen opened the box so disappointed in the quality, linen has so many pulls and brown marks out of 10 pushing to be a 1. Lovely big dirty hand print on front underside, called straight away sent photos video for $772.00 such a waste of money. Would never buy from again, customer service is a joke, their return email linen natural product has pulls and brown marks?? As a dry cleaner for 20 years I have never seen such poor quality linen, dont even get me started on lumps in the cheap foam. Wish I had...

I am very pleased to say that Milano Republic was very decent in refunding my money on a recent purchase i made, especially given the issue was a matter of perception. The colour of the items were not what i expected, and, as such they very graciously allowed me to return them. Thank you.

O/N 12022 Wolseley table lamp illustrated on website as white grey and gold marble, arrived white & grey no gold & has bent lamp holder. Sent email request for replacement, no answer, rang was told it would be followed up. 10 days later no response rang again both times speaking to a female then some guy gets on the phone & says he’s spoken to me about this & sent an email. Explaining I had never spoken to a male nor had an email he later found the email in his outbox unsent! Apology, your dreaming! The explanation of natural stone is a myth, the stone I received has not a hint of gold in it.
Run & run fast these people have absolutely no idea what or who they are talking to.

Purchased an egg chair months ago and had no updates. made several calls and every single time being told that they either werent in the warehouse or not in charge and to email instead. have NEVER received an email reply or given option to cancel order and refund!

Placed an order then I get message awaiting fulfilment. Told it would be three months so cancelled order. Now I can’t get a hold of them to get my refund.

I bought 12 chairs online, the chairs arrived promptly. There was a discolouration on one of the chairs that I wasn’t entirely happy with, and a replacement chair was sent out straight away. Throughout the process I received excellent customer service. Thank you - love the chairs!

Eames elliptical Table delivered with major defects AND damage VERY Poorly made.
Bolts supplied dont even match.
Refused to refund only replacement of top even though obviously a poor product.
Milano Republic Do not stand by their products.
