No exchange – Purchased shoes on line. Shoes too big. Will not exchange for a smaller size or offer an alternative product. I am in Victoria store in W.A. Shoes on sale. Maybe they should not sell shoes on sale to customers on line. I was certain l ordered a smaller size. With shoes you can't always be certain. I did not ask for a refund.
