Suitable for newborns
Reclines to a fully flat position
Lightweight and easily manoeuvrable
I returned mine. The pram was faulty, the company didn't acknowledge it, and still charged me $20 for the return.
The pram did not fold up with a 'click' up as shown in the product video. The seat just flopped down when lifted up which was not supposed to happen. The hood did not fold down into place either, it kept flipping back up due to some fault with the manufacturing process.
The website is misleading about returns, they are not free. I had to package the pram and take it to the post office which is a huge inconvenience for time poor mums. At the very least they could have arranged a courier and paid for it considering the pram was faulty.
I also...bought a storm in a teacup colour pack and the actual blue colour was totally off what's advertised on their website. Also disappointing. The toddler seat is quite small, I bought the pram as a replacement and could not imagine my toddler sitting comfortably it in past 24 months. After the return I purchased a Bugaboo Fox 2 instead, which is first class Netherlands design and quality. It was also heavily discounted from an Australian e-commerce retailer (Baby Kingdom). The whole CX from purchase to delivery was amazing. Even though I strongly advocate and support Australian design and Australian brands I would not recommend a Mille+Coup pram or their customer service. Not good enough.
Purchased in May 2021.
I was terribly disappointed by this pram and am grateful I got a full refund, after jumping through some hoops to have it returned.
The pram itself was nice to look at, but that's about it.
The frame is light, which I was pleased about. But I planned to use their toddler board, and this isn't weighted evenly with the pram, so the pram springs up at the front if the toddler is on the back.
The seat is flimsy and can fold up without any buttons (which sounds great when you want to pack it away in the car, but not so much when just generally walking around a bumpy area).
The foot rest doesn't lock into place, so again, with a toddler on the toddler board, good luck stopping them from folding their baby sibling in half!
Purchased in May 2020 for $730.00.
Absurd shipping rates
I tried to order an accessory worth $30 And when i got to checkout the shipping cost calculated to be $15. It's complelety ridiculous that a company solely trading online dont give their customers free shipping. And added to that their shipping rates are so high. To have to pay 1.5 times the the cost of the accessory to get it to you is not acceptable to me.
Questions & Answers
Hi there, is there a handle bar accessory bag option, to put your phone, keys etc in? Also a cup holder option? Couldn't see these listed on the accessories pages, thanks
We don't have a handlebar bag option but universal ones can be used. Keep in mind that if they connect on the handlebar cover and cause damage it is not covered under your warranty.
The maximum weight that can be hung from the handlebar is 4kg when the seat is in the forward facing position and 1kg in the parent facing position. Please hold the handlebar at all times when bags are attached to avoid a tipping hazard. If you’re on a sloping surface or your child is moving around in the seat it may become unbalanced.
It is very hard to install the canopy that I got from the colour pack. Is there any easier solution. It took two people and still can not get it installed.
We got a demo video that might help you get it installed. You can view it here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JjnOgERNl4c
If you're still having issues feel free to get in contact with customer service on firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help you out with further instructions.
The demo video didn't help at all. The plastic is so rigid and not as flexible as it shows, but I actually found the way to get it installed after two days. I use hair dryer to heat the plastic up, so it becomes flexible and bendable by hands. It eventually slide in without any force and effort.
I'm sorry you were still having issues getting it attached. That is a very clever trick you used and I'm so glad you've got it on now.
We do have to make the plastic fairly rigid to ensure it continues to maintain its shape with lots of use including the force of the canopy being pulled open.
I'm sure you won't have issues in the future not that it has gone on but if you do please feel free to email us on email@example.com for further support.
