Love the look of the pram!
I was a little disappointed with the extra money paid for the pram liner and quality of it.
The pram doesn’t do all that well on surfaces that aren’t smooth.
Purchased in August 2021.
Prams good.. the seat however for a toddler is not big enough (depth) She almost can slide out with her legs hanging out.not enough seat room..such a shame nice pram though..

Nice looking pram
Hi I bought this pram before my baby was born after looking at its great reviews and I also wanted to buy from an Australian based company. The steering and manoeuvrability is great and the pram is very nice looking but I found it has a number of problems. They say it lays flat but I found that it’s not fully flat in the lowest recline position. I wish I had of bought the bassinet for this reason. It’s not a very comfortable pram. The padded inserts are quite hard and the material is not nice but it is practical to wipe over. I bought 2 colour ...packs with mine which are really lovely however it is extremely hard to attach the hoods. The plastic is so hard you almost break your hands trying to get them on. In fact it’s a struggle for two people to do it, let alone one. It’s easy to fold, apart from the side clips being hard to clip in. When unfolding I find the front lower bar of the pram hits the ground and this causes it to scratch. It is also a smallish pram. I can see myself needing to buy something bigger by the time my baby is 2. I wanted to love this pram but unfortunately I can’t. I wish I had’ve returned it and got something else but silly me put it together and threw away the packaging so I couldn’t. Sorry Milly and Coup.

Does the job but not very well. Way better on the market
I have been disappointed by the pram and can’t wait to get a different one. But let start with the positives. It’s light and moves easily and locks well - nice to look at and had a great storage basket. However the cons sadly are far greater. The suspension isn’t great. Pavements are not smooth around me and baby feels the bumps alot. The insert is a saving grace for this. My Lo is 7mo and her feet already touch the end of the foot rest. The seat only locks in one direction, so if you baby jolts forward the seat also moves, their response to t...his was the weight of the baby should be enough. Most recently I found out The rain cover is not water proof. I was told to open up the lid to allow it to dry properly. I believe they have missed the mark

Edited 5 months later - bad quality ages quickly
EDITED::: Ok so I have been 5 months in with it and quality is not there compared to others prams that have a similar price point, like the yoyo.
It's pretty but ages very quickly! Sad face :(
There are few things you'll need to consider:
1) scratches really, really easy; so even it is only 5 months now it looks like 2 y.o.
2) the stroller cover is too thick for the Australian summer - and we are only in Spring, very interesting when they are supposedly an Australian company ... They could offer a summer canopy.
3) the seat cover can't be w...

Ok pram but quite flimsy.
I fell in love with the look of this pram and couldn't wait for it to arrive. Unfortunately when it did, I found the materials to feel cheap and the seat was flimsy. I was disappointed. It also said in the instruction video that the seat lays "completely flat" for newborns but this is not true. The lowest position still has quite a lean to it. I returned it (this took lots of packaging) and got a full refund. This isn't a bad pram, just a cheap one. All the reviews seems amazing because after your purchase you can enter a completion when you gi...ve a review to win the full cost of your pram back. Obviously it you want a chance to win the comp you will give a good review. Personally I found that there are much better quality prams for the same price.

I’m on the fence
I’ve had numerous issues with the hood, and I’ve noticed my daughter slouches in this pram and I’m worried it’s no good for her posture. Everything else I can’t fault, easy to manoeuvre, light weight; and love the several designs. Only concern is how my daughter slouches.

Great pram for little ones
Great pram for little children, i love how easy it is to push and steer, so much better than most of the big brands, the seat is quite small, the shoulder straps are quite small in comparison to other prams, unless your 4 year old is quite small they will not fit, my 2 year old barely fits into it anymore, the actual hood cant close as she would need to lean foward or tilt her head and the straps are level with her shoulders leaving no room to grow, I've only had the pram a couple of months and we are going to have to purchase another which is ...quite upsetting as we thought this would last her for quite a while to come as it states up to 4 years old, she is not a tall 2 year old either, i would say this pram is great for 0- 24mths only, other than the sizing of the seat the basket is big and is very sturdy, the feel of it is great, it looks very nice and it's really easy to move around corners etc. I love how they have alot of accessories and they have different colour packs and replaceable parts!

Questions & Answers
Hi there, is there a handle bar accessory bag option, to put your phone, keys etc in? Also a cup holder option? Couldn't see these listed on the accessories pages, thanks
We don't have a handlebar bag option but universal ones can be used. Keep in mind that if they connect on the handlebar cover and cause damage it is not covered under your warranty.
The maximum weight that can be hung from the handlebar is 4kg when the seat is in the forward facing position and 1kg in the parent facing position. Please hold the handlebar at all times when bags are attached to avoid a tipping hazard. If you’re on a sloping surface or your child is moving around in the seat it may become unbalanced.
It is very hard to install the canopy that I got from the colour pack. Is there any easier solution. It took two people and still can not get it installed.
We got a demo video that might help you get it installed. You can view it here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JjnOgERNl4c
If you're still having issues feel free to get in contact with customer service on email@example.com and we can help you out with further instructions.
The demo video didn't help at all. The plastic is so rigid and not as flexible as it shows, but I actually found the way to get it installed after two days. I use hair dryer to heat the plastic up, so it becomes flexible and bendable by hands. It eventually slide in without any force and effort.
I'm sorry you were still having issues getting it attached. That is a very clever trick you used and I'm so glad you've got it on now.
We do have to make the plastic fairly rigid to ensure it continues to maintain its shape with lots of use including the force of the canopy being pulled open.
I'm sure you won't have issues in the future not that it has gone on but if you do please feel free to email us on firstname.lastname@example.org for further support.
