Bad customer service, horrible products (fake pictures and tittle descriptions)
I don't usually spend my time by writing reviews but this time I got so frustrated that I have to do so .I am shopping online for the last 10 years and more and the experience I had with Missguided was HORRIBLE. The products shown on their pictures have nothing to do with the real products they are sending you. It's amazing how audacity they show. I 've ordered a satin dress , which the fabric was stretchy ,see through and not satin for sure. The stitches were obvious also from the front side of the dress. The fabric and material was so cheap..., that for sure you could't wear it anywhere and it also had 'puff' sleeves that were falling down and couln't hold their 'puff' shape as the fabric was so thin . It was a disaster and believe me , that dress didn't worth even 1 euro. It was ridiculous.. It was way far of how it looked in the pictures. Even if you buy from a Chinese website , the quality is nicer. At first , when I received my order I thought it was a joke (but no).. After sharing my bad experience , they contacted me via email and offered my the solution of 'RETURN'. wow... I think all online stores have this policy of returning products that you don't like. However I paid initially 8 euros shipping and now I will arrange to pay the courier and none of these shipping costs will be refunded back to me,. Very kind of them. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS SITE FOR ONLINE SHOPPING.
AU website with UK shipping
Items being sold from AU domain, but items in Uk according to shipping (see pic). I also enjoyed how their email with the tracking link doesn’t even contain the tracking number. Having to go through old emails in order to enter info into a link in a separate email is ridiculous. Haven’t received items still
Ordered Large but everything was basically XXXL had to return and pay shipping! Never again.
I ordered sweaters choose Aus L as I wanted them oversized but what I got was so big that two people could of fitted inside these sweaters. Had to pay for shipping. Track pants were true to size but the sweaters were absolutely not!! Quality is not that great either sadly.
I am very disgusted with the quality of Missguided's products. Firstly I waited about 3 weeks for my package to arrive when it said around 4-7 business days. for the products itself, well I will definitely not be shopping from here again, that's for sure. I ordered a co-ord jumper with biker shorts, a cropped jumper and a long sleeve shirt all in size 4. The jumper and biker short set were very thin material. The biker shorts look like pants you would find out of a costume store and were also VERY see through. The colour look like a darkish gre...en on the model on the website but what i got was a very distinct different green and wasn't appealing at all. The jumper was super thin and almost scratchy on the inside. For the long sleeved shirt now. This shirt was definitely NOT a size 4 even though it was labeled as a size 4. It was way too big, even too big to be classed as an overside shirt. This shirt was very wide and didn't even fit my sister in width/length which she's a size 8. The stitching of the shirt was the worst i've seen in a long time. The stitching was not straight, but all over the place. It was very noticeable as it was a black and white stripped shirt and looked even worse close up. The lines were allover the place and weren't straight which was very frustrating. The cropped jumper wasn't the best but it wasn't the worse. It did fit true to size but again was that scratchy material on the inside. I will now hopefully be returning these, Thanks Missguided!

Waited a month for my package which had very spotty tracking, and had to contact customer service multiple times to ensure it’s arrival. Once it finally came, clothes were poor quality. Now having to spend another $8 to return so I’m out money for no clothes and a terrible experience. Do not shop here.

absolutely terrible service. waited 5 weeks for a package , had to contact the help chat on the website , the person that i was talking to had terrible customer service, and after chatting to him for a little bit he just sent me a message saying he has issued the refund ( which i still have not received) and canceled my order ( which i waited 5 weeks for )

Business as usual?
Business as usual for Missguided means terrible customer service all year round despite a pandemic!! Points to them for consistency. Purchased an item on the 6 and was supposed to arrive Friday the next week. Get told to wait three days, I wait and still nothing. Then get told to wait an extra 10 DAYS!! Then after speaking to a new representative get told to wait until the pandemic is over!!! Don’t bother ordering through them. You’re better off buying collabs through the other part of the collab or from other suppliers such as ASOS

Do not bother purchasing anything from this company. They are very quick to take your money but don’t deliver the goods.
I put my order in on the 2nd of April. Hadn’t received anything by the 14th April so I messaged them to get told that it should be with me on the 15th. Still nothing and it’s now the 18th of April so I just messaged only to find that it was “lost in transit” I was advised it was last scanned on the 14th in the UK. so how the hell was it supposedly meant to be with me on the 15th? Their customer service rep lied to me but I ...trusted what she said. You can’t even track your order properly as there is no information with it. They also admitted that there website displays incorrect quantities. As I said I could still see the sizes I was after and that I wanted them to resend my items. Boycott this company. They are SCAMMERS

Used to shop with Missguided and decided to purchase again 2 weeks ago. Still waiting for my parcel and the tracking they provide is completely useless! doesn't give any information and when I go on chat they are no help!
Their website says it takes 4-7 working days and they also mention that they are running business as usual. NOT TRUE! since I have had to wait a lot more for my parcel.

I have always loved the high end of misguided clothing but in the last year the quality has plummeted. I even brought cigarette pants which are so thin and the hem and slit at the bottom have just been cut through with no hem The outfits look amazing in the pictures but not in real life Won’t be doing it again
My experience with Misguided was one that surprised me; pleasantly. Being a more voluptuous woman, buying clothes online is a dangerous game. I range from a size 10-14 and I often end up sending things back because they are too big or small. Reading the reviews I was hesitant, a lot of people compared it to Boohoo which I’ve had a number of negative experiences with. The reviews read that the quality was poor, sizing was incorrect, delivery was delayed or too long. However when I received my clothing I was blown away. For the small price I paid...for each item of clothing the quality was fantastic, as was the sizing. The 14 was actually a 14, the same with the 12. The delivery which was predicted to be 3-7 days (standard) came in 6. I would highly recommend this, especially to someone who is curvy and like me struggles with shopping online. Amazing!

From the past 3 and a half years of shopping on their website , I haven't really found any personal issues with any orders I have received from them. I got my prom dress from there which I still have. They are really good quality and sizing was a bit big but not too much as I wear size 8-12. Delivery is really quick especially if you use click and collect .On Black Friday / Cyber Monday I was able to get a really cute white colour block jumper that I wanted to get for ages and I was able to get it down from 15 to 7.50 using a 50% discount code was really pleased. Very happy so far :)
Been shopping at Missguided for awhile now and customer service has been amazing. Very prompt and have always had prompt refunds come back into my account almost immediate. Clothes are similar styles to PLT but IMO are slightly better quality. Sizes mostly are accurate.
Set- Top and Skirt
I brought a set of two (Top and Skirt) and thank good it was 50% off. The making was just cheap and I got it in a size 8 however the top was more of a size 6-4 it barley covers my boobs.. in the picture it looks like the top is a full length one, however it's actually a crop top. They didn't mention that at all. I paid $31AUS dollars for this and it's honestly not worth it.
I stopped buying from MG two years ago as I found the quality and customer service appalling. I thought I should give it a chance after all this time . Bought a top and a pair of pants and jeans and even though the quality of pants is not great I think for what I paid with 50% discount code it's quite impressive . Jeans and top are exactly like the pics and true to size . I'm 5.6 and 77kg usually size 12 AU . I get size 14 for their crop top range as I found it previously that they are small fit and I have quite athletic shoulders . Overall I'm very happy with the purchase

Trash quality for money
I am a size six Aus and bought a lace kimono and dress from missguided size six. Not only were both items huge (I'm talking a whole size up if not more) they were definitely not worth the amount I paid for them. I'm not joking when I say I could have bought the same quality items off somewhere like AliExpress or wish for a quarter of the price.
I'm returning both items tomorrow.
Misleading shipping info
Shipping info Is a crock They say 2 to 4 days express but thats after its been dispatched. you would think that they would ship in stock items within 24 hours instead dispatch can take as long as they like, so do not expect prompt service
Allow 3 weeks for express! pathetic.
Its really telling that they dont provide any contact phone numbers on their site and you have to use a sort of email exchange. Trying to solve an issue is very difficult customer service is truly lacking
