I'm really pleased with this unit - STILL, EVEN AFTER 5 YRS – It's so quiet! I am impressed with its compact design, it's so unobtrusive in my room. It's quietly purring away in the corner, doing the job it was recommended for, keeping my house warm. 5 YRS IN - and it's still purring along nicely, warming me well on the cold days and cooling my house well when it's hot. Great appliance, Well priced, Hit expectations – This appliance is noiseless, effective, cost efficient and not an unattractive unit. Three months of use is not an extensive test period but I am very happy with this purchase. Due diligence and product research is a must for me. My only suggestion is to ensure you follow the appliance output/capacity (Kw)size to your living areas volumes carefully. That is; match the rooms areas to the units output.
