The cooling is very fast, just after a while, the whole room has been very good, and the whole is ok.
Workmanship is very fine.
Looked very strong.
The noise is basically not, and it is very power-saving to use. When buying, you must buy the number of suitable rooms, otherwise the effect will not be very good.
Air conditioning filter equipment is also very convenient to clean, a very good product.
I am happy with the coolling and heating prefermance. It is running smooth and quite. But it cost lots of money i installation. But beyond that, I think it is quite good to use. it can coolling down my small living room very quickly. Great value and great work so far.
Does what it needs to do with no fuss
Having moved into a brand new flat in February, I've had a chance to try out both the cooling in very hot weather and heating in very cold Melbourne weather.
Both extremes have functioned flawlessly, and this would have to be the quietest split system that I've ever experienced - it's almost inaudible!
It's also fairly innocuous-looking (a good thing) - just off-white with no flashy metal bits or oversized logos. Pure white would have been preferable though.
The remote control is as boring-looking as brown paper, but it functions properly. Unfortunately feeding the unit's codes into a Logitech Harmony remote resulted in weird operation of the unit, which is my only disappointment with the system.
I love summer now!!!
I am so happy I chose a Mitsubishi air con split system. The installer was so helpful choosing the right place in the loungeroom and putting the motor up on brackets in my carport. The outside unit is quiet and the room gets cooled quickly when on 21 (and is a large room with no door to close) and the electric bill is so affordable. I thought setting the timer was beyond me but is so simple so I can come home to a beautifully cool room in the afternoon now. I also get a lot of sleep now that I can snuggle under my doona. So happy!
Very happy with this air conditioner
The cooling function is working well so far having used it half a dozen times or so.
I live in a 46 square metre apartment and the 4.2 kW model cools the main living room within minutes. I close the bathroom and bedroom doors (both directly off the main living area and no hallway) until the living room is sufficiently cool, then I open the bedroom door to let the cool air in if it's getting close to bed time.
The internal unit is installed in the corner of the living room instead of the middle, which would have been directly opposite the ...bedroom door. The installer advised that it would be an eyesore to have the internal unit in the middle of the living room, so I agreed for it to go in the corner. I have since been advised by someone else that they probably did that to save on providing 3 metres worth of hose and cable as well as the trunk to cover them! Where it is positioned only requires a few centimetres, as it's right next to the wall adjacent to the balcony where the outdoor unit is located. Not sure if that's true but I'm happy with the position although it probably takes a little longer to cool the bedroom. I couldn't find a button to move the fins, but the instruction manual stated the fins can be moved by hand and I was able to do that so that the air is directed to the centre of the room instead of straight ahead.

Whisper Quiet Machine
Installed today and impressed with how quiet the unit is outside my bedroom window. It's a cool day around 24'C, but humid so running it first few days to extract trapped moisture out of walls, floors, clothes, furniture and such. Already turned the fan speed from high to automatic as it was strong and cold (changing the temperature is not ideal yet as I want this one centrally located machine to cover my whole 40 m2 'Cabin' which is considered to be a large room by some standards. I have seen other reviews complain about noise, usually when th...ey have the largest machines. This was positioned back to back behind the indoor head so I feel running costs will be lower. It was then placed on blocks to raise it above the level of a retaining wall to have freer airflow, with pads under the feet, presumably to absorb any future rattles. Price paid was for everything including taxes, unit kit, labour and basic electric modification completed by one person within a few hours. Order was placed a few weeks ago with a 10% deposit and balance by bank transfer upon installation. Satisfied and highly recommend this product, but installation seems highly relevant to success! The installer services the office of the village, so was contacted by me, based purely on word of mouth.
