We have an open plan all glassed area of about 100sqm L shaped living room/kitchen and one installer said we need a full AC cassette system needing about 16kw to pull down the room at $15K. Well he was wrong, this AC cools our house in about 15min. Make sure you buy the Mitsubishi Heavy model as the normal Mitsubishi option is different I have been told by my installer.

om ! When they say whisper quiet - they mean it ! This AC is simply amazing and pulls down our house on a 35' day being 34' inside i about 15 min ! Timer on RC and the allergy free option. The unit was manufactured from approximately 2008 to 2010. If you could provide a serial number from the indoor unit we could confirm it's manufacture date.
