Poor colouring of products
At first I received the wrong product. In addition to being the wrong product it was of poor colouring quality as the colouring of the band was extremely faded on the top half. The service to send the right band was excellent, however the replacement band was also of poor colour quality. Again the colouring of the band was extremely faded on the top half. I would not have bought that from a shopfront.
Cheap quick fix band
Got a Charger which seems OK and a band that has a 'Quickfit' attachment. I personally wouldn't trust it in the surf as it seems to rely on some very flimsy springs. Complete waste of money unfortunately.
Broke within 6 months - 'Fitbit Alta HR Band Replacement Strap Classic with Buckle - Dark Purple'
The strap was fine for 6 months but then broke and is unable to be fixed.
It's hard to find any strap for this Fitbit type, so it is a shame that this one didn't last.
Not good quality.
Great service, no problems there. The garmin Vivofit jr replacement band purchased was poor quality, especially for the price. The print on the band is already peeling off in spots (after 3 weeks). The band itself is very thin and flimsy.
The website was easy to navigate and the product was delivered promptly. However the Fitbit band is of inferior quality and has started to come apart only a few days after being put on. I have sent an email to the company regarding this but have not received any response. Disappointed.
Poor shipping arrangements
You won't get any update on your order till you'd actually ask. I haven't received my product yet - 3 weeks and counting. placing an order was relatively easy, making payment is even easier however getting product is NOT :(
Easy to order and product delivery time was excellent. The only problem is that the wrong product was delivered and as yet I have not received a response to my email or phone call after 4 days.
Received order. Needed to discuss return. Number not answering. Not impressed with customer service. I would expect if customer service is offered then it should be easy to communicate please
Lovely colours, easy to fit but keeps coming undone. I only got about a week of constant wear :(
Apart from the band not staying in place for long it's a solid quality band.
The colours are lovely and the band is very comfortable to wear!

Bands dont fit
I ordered 2 new fitbit bands and they dont fit. Both are too wide. Process to order was easy. Arrived quickly. The bands just dont fit which is a shame.
I have just ordered a fit bit charger online. Throughout the whole process I was aware the charger was 19.95, it wasn't until I was about to order the the shipping costs were included. Not a huge issue but would've been good to know beforehand. However my main issue is that at no time whatsoever was I told, it written, made aware that the purchase was in AUS currency.
This is pretty deceiving and I feel like I have been had or dupped.
I hope now that my charger does turn up and I will be wary of using this website ever again.
