A plumber that was doing a job for me organised a skip bin from these guys. I booked it over the phone, however the person i spoke to never asked me what im using it for and never mentioned any limits, only for me to find out on pick up that i can only put 500kg in it. And as i needed it to dump soil in it 500kg wont even fill quarter of the bin. I had to empty half of the soil out for them to be able to take it, which made ordering this skip bin completely useless. $420 in the bin pretty much.

Andrew customer service was very prompt and he was very friendly.

Chris was very quick in delivering the skip, even a day early. When we'd done, it was all collected with no fuss. We'd certainly use them again: it's perfect for smaller jobs. Good support and follow up.

There should be no or reasonable weight restrictions (only 1000Kg for 4m3). Ended up only filled 1/5 of the bin and had to get another bin to put the rest in ( totally waste of time and money). Chris Seeto was great & very helpful and helped out as much as he can with a smile (given the circumstances he's in as it's out of his control?) Much appreciated his work, dedication and professionalism.

This type of skip is an effective way for waste removal around the house. Especially if access is limited or restricted.

It arrived on time but a number of difficulties were experienced during the following weeks/months that have seriously tainted my overall experience.

I may use them again and be confident enough to be able to refer them to family and friends ... IF goodwill is restored.

Innovative service but back end needs improving. Went to Bunnings to rent a bin. Only one staff member knew how to do the booking and then he had issues with mobile skips booking system. Took 50 minutes to pick up the bin, should just be in and out. The Bunnings person groaned when he heard what I asked for so clearly an ongoing sore point for front line staff

I understand it is a tight spot but they drove over the side garden a bit disappointed. Driver was on time and quick to drop off. But a bit more care would have been good.

I picked up my skip from Bunnings at Mile End in Adelaide but was told it could not be picked up from my house as it was outside of the pick up area. I was informed that for an extra $40 I could have the skip picked up. It was disappointing as I have hired one of these skips before and it was collected from my house at Parafield Gardens before. I was instructed to return the skip to Mile End myself.

Picking up from Bunning's was a nightmare, parts missing on first skip had to take another, lock combination didn't work on lid, had to wait for call back before it could be used, good idea if the equipment is functional

Drop off and pick up of the skip was very timely and efficient with text messages sent to keep us informed at all times. The downside was the skip smelt terrible when it was delivered and upon inspection it was covered with maggots on the floor of the skip. It would have been much better service if this was checked and washed out before being delivered as it made the task of filling the skip almost unbearable due to the overwhelming stench.

Having a mobile skip is handy. But due to a design floor in the trailers, the cables leading to the tail lights, gets crushed and you have problems with brake and tail lights failing. I had to have 2 trailers delivered. The 1st had no brake lights and the 2nd had only one brake light.
