Unreliable - mixed messages job confirmed and then did not arrive
Spoke to a sales member.Confirmed fitting of 2 budget tyres for the next day(Saturday 29 Jan 2021) Received a text rescheduling for Sunday. They did not show. Called them to find out what was happening. Told that they had tried to ring us- no record on my mobile of a missed call. They stated they didn't have tyres in stock in warehouse. Told they would call us back. They didn't. I called. Told that they would send me a screenshot of call, but of course that hasnt arrived. I asked for a manager to call me. I just tried to call. Put on hold and the phone disconnected. Disgusting customer service. Left with having to drive to Brisbane with spare tyre on as had wasted the whole weekend waiting for the mobile service

He forgot to tighten wheel . Had kids in car and wheel was just about to come off .
Did not hear nothing from management.
Be careful issuing this service.

Waste of my time!!
Rang them on Saturday to book in to replace 4x brand new PREMIUM tyres for Monday afternoon.
I had heard nothing since I booked and they were a no show.
Complete waste of my time.

Hopeless waste of time
Accepted my booking for a tyre replacement next day. No show and no contact after booking to explain why. After numerous attempts to contact via phone over 24 hour period I was eventually told they don't service a suburb 10km from Brisbane CBD. Complete waste of time and extremely poor customer service.

Read more It appears that our Tyre Specialist selected the incorrect postcode in the dropdown for Brookfield causing our system to send the booking to our NSW team when in fact it was Brookfield Qld. Deceitful
Another one that cannot just be straight forward. All I want is tyre fitted, how hard can it be. These ones show their budget tyre at $115 in bright red. If you look closely, you see this is if you buy 4. To buy one tyre is actually $153. But wait there's more. When you go to checkout, the $153 has mysteriously jumped to $206. And the chap hasn't even arrived. Goodness knows what the rainy day supplement is, the too hot, too far and other surcharges will look like.

I noticed cracking in one of my tyres late Friday afternoon so I decided I'd get a whole new set. Being Friday I couldn't get a booking at any of the big name tyre shops for the weekend so I came across ''Mobile Tyre Shop'' who apparently could come to my home the following day and do the job between 2pm and 5pm. I made the booking and (luckily) chose the option to pay in person. I received a auto confirmation booking saying everything was done and expect to be contacted by a fitter shortly.

The guy on the phone obviously knew no one was coming and babbled on for a few minutes trying to buy time as it now became clear NOTHING had been organised. I was then told the tyres weren't available and they could do it Monday......defeating the whole purpose of trying this company in the first place. I'm now booked in next week at a professional bricks and mortar fitter which is something I could have done in the first place without wasting a day on my time. Cancelled the job, no apology.......nothing, completely hopeless.Tried 3 times to book from Perth never once received a call bag poor service
Calling & trying to book from Perth 3 times and never once received call back or email , going somewhere else I’m sure buying from a local supplier will be more reliable and just as better service

I would not recommend the Mobile Tyre Shop (Perth)
I wanted 4 tyres swapped over from one set of rims to another set of rims.
I spent quite a bit of time on the phone explaining exactly what I wanted.
We agreed on a price for the job and, I booked a time to have it done.
When the tyre fitter arrived, he told me that there'd been a mistake with the quote and, it was now twice the price I had been quoted.
I refused to pay that and, the tyre fitter left.
Again, I would not recommend the Mobile Tyre Shop (Perth).

Very Dissatisfied Customer
This would have to be one of the most difficult encounters I have ever had to get a set of tyres. To start with I ordered a set of BF Goodrich tyres for my Ute. I then received and email and text message the next day after I had made the order request that those tyres were unavailable so I rang the customer service very soon after I received this and was told over the phone that they are sorry they weren’t even sure how that Tyre was still advertised as it could not be attained from anywhere. So it gets to the day of the fitting and I waited and waited until about 1 o’clock and still no one showed up so I decided to ring customer service again. and explained that I hadn’t had anyone turn up yet then they go on to say that oh your a hard man to contact saying they needed to tell me my original order couldn’t be done which I had already rang about the day the email and text was sent. And then they proceeded to tell me that from the conversation I had earlier with the tyre service that nothing had been recorded down and the fitting had been cancelled. They apologised for the inconvenience. And again he asked what tyre I would like instead of the bf Goodrich so I said that I would go for the Bridgestone duellers again. And I told the customer service attendant the price I had been quoted for those tyres and he then said oh ok I can make sure that I can do a better price then that and that they would get back to me about the price. But after the conversation I didn’t receive any follow up emails or text messages confirming the order or booking which I thought was a bit concerning. So then the day that I had rebooked the fitting for, another dilemma arose. The tyre fitter rang me earlier in the day to say he would be about two hours later then expected which I totally understand work can get well on top of you sometimes. So the tyre fitter finally arrived at the time he said he would to just to let me know when he got there that the place he got the order from gave him 3 of the wrong tyres that were supposed to be in the order. He apologised for this and we decided that we will book another day to get the tyres which was the next day for 12 o’clock which then again I got no follow up email or text message confirming this. So the next day came and the tyre fitters turned up at 12 and fitted the tyres which I would say out of the whole experience they were the best thing of it as, they were good hard working people and did a very good job. So when it came time to pay the order it came to the same price I was originally quoted the first time over the phone before it wasn’t recorded down. I didn’t even bother asking the fitters that I had been told I’d receive a better price. As they were telling me how much a shambles the office gives them with paperwork and the logistics side of it is. Overall this has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with tyres and I will definitely not be using Mobile Tyre Shop again or recommending them to friends and family as I wouldn’t want them to have to go through what I had to experience with this service. Very bad service
I booked my tyre booking on the Friday for Saturday they sent me a confirmed sms the next morning on the Saturday I called made payment then confirmed my appointment. At the time of my appointment no one showed up so I called them to be told it was for the Sunday instead on the confirmed Saturday I had received. Although the guy who came to fit my tyre was nice the whole experience with the complete mix up and not being able to guarantee me when and a definate time they would come was extremely poor. They say if u have a bad experience you will tell allot of people and I will be sharing my experience as completely bad service

Stripped my nut and have not fitted my 4th tyre yet.
Stripped 1 of the nuts on my ute and became too hard for them so instead of trying to communicate with me and resolve the issue they have opted to just ignore me i have called several times and i keep getting assured someone will get back to me but still nothing. This has been goin on since the 13th of December. It is terrible when you pay for a premium service which is supposed to be convenient for you and dont recieve it. I am usually not one to write a bad review but it has become a joke and if i do not get this matter resolved soon i will be taking it further to the office of fair trading.
Improper fitting of tyres.
Tyres were improperly fitted causing wheel studs to break off and cause a dangerous risk to family in car whilst driving on busy highway. Manager then said Technician stated in his report that it was already like that which is untrue. Sad

One of the worst experience - hire them to cry

One of the worst experiences in my life. I hired MTS (Mobile Tyre Shop) to replace four tyres for $462 for my car. The service took place on Saturday 23/11/19 morning at 8:50 approximately. Happy with the guy who replaced the tyres. On Monday 25/11/19 I noticed that one of the tyre had low air pressure, I panicked and went to service station to fill the air. They offered me discounts and said if I could spend $140 they can replace the tyre. I then said why would I do that when I havent driven the car after the installation. Poor Quality and Customer Experience
I bought couple of Tyres from Mobile Tyre Shop and within couple of weeks Tyre got cut. As per MTS executive the cut was such you can't repair and you have to buy new tyre if you are not buying then pay $99 for service which they will not tell upfront instead give you surprise. This was very bad experience and be careful while buying tyres from MTS

Could not supply tyres for my Caddy van
First time I ordered tyres from them on a Wednesday for fitting on Saturday. When arrived driver did have the correct tyre size which was ordered. Organised some to come back on Sunday at 11am and someone will ring back later that day to confirm. Nobody rang at all. When I rang at 9am my appointment had been pushed back to 1.15.I also asked that the tyres were on board and I was assured they were. At 1pm they rang again saying the tyres were not in vehicle at all and had to reschedule again. I then cancelled my order and told I will go back to my normal supplier. As I have 5 work vehicles requiring 1 set of tyres each a year they have missed a great opportunity

Organised two tyres ($284) - afterward I found out I could get the exact same ones from Jax at a fraction of the price ($210). They claimed this price was only if you purchased 4 tyres - which is untrue. Despite the cost difference they claim to not charge a fitting fee despite me receiving an order summary detailing the fitting fee. They said the fitting fee denotation was caused by a glitch in the system - I asked if they could update me once this has been rectified - to which they said no.
Armed with this information I went to a third dealer and got the exact same tyres I wanted for under $200 in total. Make sure you shop around.

I just went on the website and ordered the tyres I wanted, they fitted and balanced and put air in the tyres including the spare when they put them on the car. It was all included in the price

The MTS Budget are a tyre suited for the price-conscious buyer. They meet all Australian Safety standards but are not of the quality in terms of braking and cornering performance and road noise of known brand such as Pirelli, Dunlop or Michelin etc.
If you are looking for these requirements in 20" tyre like the one you mention, then we would always recommend a quality brand over a budget product.
