Had them out to replace my tyres recently only to discover they damaged all 4 rims removing old weights from the inside.

After ordering online tyres that were in stock after spending a long time deciding, got called the day after saying they're not in stock. I checked the website again and the same tyres still in stock. I was given a choice of a couple tyres (not even the same rating as the ones I wanted) and told I needed to make a decision quickly to keep my booking. Ended up having to pay several hundred extra. Couldn't even pay for the additional costs using the same payment method, had to pay at install time. No sorry's given for the hassle and inconvenience...

Company did not notify me via text, email or phone call of appointment. I had to make contact to see what was happening. As it was the tyre fitter arrived 1.5 hours after scheduled appointment. Further the fitter has limited experience with my request ie wide performance tyres and TPMS. To add insult to injury the fitter snapped one of the valves . Hence tyre could not be inflated. Frantic phone calls ensued trying to find a solution. Fitter promised to come back to solve the issue.
Totally unsatisfied with the state of events. Fitter was nice enough but more training is required. However the lack of communication was the deal breaker and subsequent breakage of valve.
Will not be recommending this company for any future work.

Book the appointment for 2pm but they show up after 3:30pm Told them i’ll Pay cash on the phone but they didn’t even carry 10 dollar change with them ....this is the first and last time for me

I'll start by saying [name removed] the installer was polite, knowledgeable and efficient.

However, earlier a different gentlemen made an honest mistake and incorrectly entered my booking time. Suffice to say they didn't turn up, but they were quick to get [name removed] out that same day anyway.

Unfortunately before [name removed] arrival I got another call saying my tyres I had already paid for were incorrectly advertised as being cheaper then their market value.

Their solution? Give me the cheaper tyres that were mistakenly advertised as the more expensive brand.

I found this to be really poor. They didn't offer anything and didn't budge a bit despite having already stuffed me around.
