Highly recommend
Love my Moebot, had it 3 months now and it hasn’t missed a beat yet! Literally removes a weekly job of mowing my lawn. Received great service and it was easy to setup. Advice for new owners, it took me a few days to get the boundary wire right, wasn’t a big deal, had to re adjust it so the moebot wouldn’t get bogged in a few spots. Other than that it was very easy and I’d recommend. App works well, however the screen on the Moebot is good enough to get it setup and going on a timetable

Everyday mowing becomes wasy
Once the first time set up is done (with instructional step by step video on youtube), I can hand everyday mowing to my ‘Moebot’, maintaining the health of my lawn. Will highly recommend it if it will be working for at least two years. (Has been using it for three month, so far so good.)

Has worked well
I've had our Moebot for a few months now. It's been great. Large flat lawn (so maybe an easier case) but it works tirelessly and well. I did have three occurances of eating its cable in the first month. I advise using plenty of pegs. It's a problem that solves itself eventually as the grass grows over the cable.

Moebot - Has changed my life!
Robot My Life has changed my life! I absolutely love my new Moebot mower! My lawns are always manicured, without any effort at all. When I went into the shop with questions after purchasing the mower, the gentlemen was very helpful and answered all our questions. I am so impressed, I would love to also purchase the window cleaner. I highly recommend Robot My Life.

Love it, keeps the lawn tidy!
We love our MoeBot.
It does a great job of the lawn. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is that it doesn’t do the edges as well as we would like so need to keep doing this manually but it does do a great job of the lawn.
No more picking up clippings either and lawn consistently looks great. Edges we will do monthly so not that much of a hassle! Much easier than pre-Moebot!

Does the job better than I can ... every day.
The Moebot runs every day as it is scheduled. Returns automatically to its home to recharge whenever it needs to. Easy to install the perimeter guide wire pegged along the ground ... when I an certain of the position I will bury it. Excellent value.

Excellent addition to the family home!
We purchased the S5 Moebot for our newly laid buffalo grass. It works great! It has got stuck on a steep slope a couple of times so I moved the boundary wire a bit and it resolved the issue. The initially set up of the boundary wire can be tedious and there's still a need to whipper snip the edges, but overall, it's a great machine!

Very happy with our Moebot S5. Does a great job, easy to programme, easy to install and now gives me more time for other things whilst having perfect cut grass!

Absolutely trash
Bought this garbage mower, we have the smallest yard which is incredibly flat.
This mower can't do the job.
Mower keeps driving over it's own boundary wire,
I can't even explain how bad this product is.
1.15 k wasted.
Device does not charge itself, allows itself to run out of battery.
I would recommend this to people I dislike.

Awesome machine
Spent $80 every 2 weeks for a lawn mowing. Now this little robot, not only keeps the lawn immaculate, it is, after 5 months, actually saving me money. Normally, the lawn would be mowed, look great for a week, then look terrible until the next mow. This machine keeps it looking perfect everyday. Yes, I still need to trim the edges, but that's just like putting icing on the cake, The hard work is done.

Cut through mid-shin-deep lawn in four days
The Mobot managed to chop through shin-deep lawn slowly over four days working 9-4pm, and by the end it was almost perfectly trimmed like freshly cut grass. A few patches were left cos the pattern takes time to cover the whole lawn, 250m^2 or so. The patches are disappearing one by one every time I look out the back. THERE ARE NO GRASS CUTTINGS LEFT ON THE LAWN.
Needs to recharge every two hours, but after it's charged it returns to work.
Photo is of the lawn after 4 days. Started shin-deep. 1.5weeks later patches are almost gone.

No customer support
I purchased the unit around a month ago, it was delivered in only a few days but missing the extra cutting plate that I paid for.
The discount code seen on FB advertised by robotmylife.com.au also didn't work, wasn't going to bother complaining at the time but why not now!
I have sent multiple emails that just don't get responded to.... hoping a negative review here gets a response as was the case with others

Not a good start - customer support and general responsiveness sucks
I bought my Moebot 4 weeks ago. In my purchase I specifically asked about the length of the boundary wire I required. I even purchased a S10 rather than S5 to ensure the bot could mow my 700sqm area. No reply from customer support at the point of purchase or after re this. Off-course the amount of wire supplied was no where enough so I contacted support, tried calling and emailing only to get a generic email reply after saying srry but I needed buy more wire. So I did in the end but this issue is not a good way to treat new customers, they coul

Best investment ever
Over a year now since I pushed a lawnmower and I'm loving it! So much time back on my weekends and my lawn looks great!
This thing has been truely amazing and reliable - I have not had to intervene once! It just keeps coming out in schedule and doing it's job. On the other hand, I bought my mother a Victa robot lawnmower and it was horrendously unreliable so I took it back and got her a Gardenia which has also been notoriously unreliable, always losing its settings, not coming out as scheduled and then when it does actually work usually ends up throwing some kind of fault code.. lesson learned - Moebot for life!

Moebot lawn mower - love it
I have had the moebot s5 robot lawn mower for over a month and love it. Was relatively easy to set up and customer service answered my query the same day. Highly recommend it and love that it is smart enough to manouver out when stuck and has the power to get up small inclines.
I have now extended the system to run in my front yard and nature strip and can watch it as I work from home.

I want to purchase moebot it..I have a narrow gap between shed an pool fence of about 1600.. instructions say 1200 minimum . If I lay wires 30cm from fence and 30 cm from shed that would make gap only 1000. Is this right . I guess what I mean does the 1200 minimum include 300 x2 distance or is 1200 the total distance
Hi Jake,
My backyard is a simple rectangular-shaped area, so I have not thought about the problem you encountered. As a suggestion, I may prefer to wrap the yard in a simple shape area and leave the rest to be done manually by a trimmer. BTW, please do not mow too often otherwise, the wheel will run over the perimeter of the lawn many times and make there barren. That is my tip for using it for half a year so far.
