The other reviews that detail ongoing issues, poor communication and concern and a lengthy resolution are all unfortunately familiar to our situation. Tradies showed up 1st day to only have window frames delivered. No glass, no fly screens as we'd ordered. Many phone calls later the glass finally arrived. 1 window was measured wrong and had to re-ordered. We were informed after the 2nd day that parts were still missing and needed to be ordered including our flyscreens. Not great when you want to open your windows and not let insects in. The remaining parts finally arrived weeks after the initial install with not so much as a call from head office to even let us know an ETA for these to arriv...

We got a quote from Monaro in March, had to have it revised as a window had been omitted (though it was measured), paid the deposit on 4 May and the work was completed in September. Nearly 6 months seems like a long time for 11 windows. A long list of errors continued from there:
We had to have 3 flyscreens replaced as they were bent and did not fit the windows properly.
Monaro also cut the front window to the wrong size so we had a single glazed window installed temporarily along with temporary frames.

I bought a Patio Door set from Monaro Windows almost three years ago, today my youngest daughter locked her big brother out of his bedroom & the only way in was through the patio doors - the problem? The access key was in said bedroom! I called Monaro Windows & they not only got back to me in considerably less than an hour, they provided a free spare key that very same afternoon, thus avoiding me having to cause criminal damage to my own home! Lol. Bravo Tom & Team - excellent customer service...why would you go anywhere else?!

Just had seven old windows replaced with new double glazed windows. Couldn't be happier with the service. Timing for delivery and installation was spot on. Builder arrived with his team and it was all completed in six hours. The appearance of the house is definitely enhanced and the thermal/ acoustic qualities of the windows is excellent. Their product seems excellent and appears superior to their main competitor.

We recently purchased Monaro Windows for our new home that we built in Yarralumla. The sales rep at the showroom was extremely helpful and helped us come up with a number of ideas that we hadn't considered previously. We ended up purchasing the designer "Magnum" series windows and doors all double glazed.

The delivery was actually ready slightly earlier than Monaro Windows had estimated and the staff were very accommodating towards our requirements regarding our difficult site conditions.

Purchased 2 security screens/doors for our place in Canberra. The salesperson at the showroom was very knowledgeable, we were intending to purchase Crimsafe doors but after seeing the Invisi-Gard range which they make, the products were very similar and the Invisi-Gard significantly cheaper. No issues with the install, love having the breeze come through the house in summer without compromising the security of the home.
