actually fit 3 people (young adults) quite comfy
used this over the last long weekend camping down at wombat state forest. very easy to transport and we were able to put it up in just minutes. highly recommend.
A stunning tent. Really roomy for two people, easy to put up. Great ventilation. Has all handy pockets and hanging points for lights. We took it to the Larapinta Trail and for its size it is a light weight tent. It had plenty of room for our clothes and spare stuff inside.
Well made light weight and very roomy tent for 2 people
The tent you have when you don't want to be stuck in a tent!
Much better construction that your average plastic tarp, the Batwing 5 (and it's smaller brother, the Batwing 3) provide good protection from the heat of summer or for unexpected rain. It's fast to erect and take down when it is not needed, and makes an ideal under-cover eating area for the beach, bush or backyard. One improvement I have added to the Batwing 5 is to run a 400cm length of light duty rope from pole to pole just before assembling the tarp over the poles; to this length of rope can be attached a mozzi zapper and one or two lights f...or night use. Go further, and run 250 multicoloured solar powered fairy lights around the perimeter. Very Confesty! :-} Worth every penny of the c. $230 (with poles). Fast unpacking, erection and take-down. Good coverage and air flow. Comfortably sits 6 to 7 around a long table. Reflective guy ropes avoid the dreaded trip-whack-clunk of folks wandering around at night. The tall, five-section poles, though sturdy, can bow noticeably when guys are taught and it is windy. A clear skylight panel would be marvellous
