Should have joined ages ago!!Have had no dropouts whilst using but have had to restart the router twice, I suspect spikes in the night. Speed is at least as fast as fixed NBN. I'm very happy with Moose
Smooth Transition to Home NBN Family Plan 100/40After receiving yet another increase from our previous major Telco provider, we decided to switch and consolidate our Home NBN with our existing Moose Mobile Plans in late Dec 2021. We organised the churn to coincide with the end of our current billing cycle for mid Jan 2022.

Moose contacted me on the back of this review
and agreed that their website had been incorrect and offered to stand by their advertised offer, so I decided to give them a try.
there were quite a few teething issues, which seemed to be due to
1. they are new at nbn, information and wording on their web was mostly around mobile
2. they hadn't done thorough end to end user testing on their comms etc. information in the box didnt match online and I had to google the modem setup etc.
3. I was outside their normal process as they were doing… Read more · 1 a manual new customer, mixed up the account holders names the issues were annoying and again I doubted my choice but the chap was very personable (this time) and resolved the issues when I told him. Have now been with them for a couple of months, mobile and nbn, mobile service is better coverage than the old Vodafone (moose use all of Optus network) So all in all I am happy but it was a pain to get there. ------------------- Rang to sign up for NBN & Mobile. There was offer of free modem on Moose website. When I mentioned this, the sales guy said "thats not the offer" and implied I was trying to fraud them ..."I'm not sure what you're trying to do here"....?? I responded politely I was looking to sign up and asked them to honour their own offer. He blamed my computer not refreshing or browser having have a glitch, I refreshed the page and confirmed with another browser, offered to send screenshot, suggested he check their website, he still refused. When I asked to speak with a manager he refused to put me through. I would've paid for the modem but he was just out and out rude, that level of unprofessional service doesn't bode well if things went wrong.......definitely lost my business for all my properties for life.
