Mooval Removals & Cleaning

Great and fast service. I had ALOT of items to move, booking with Moovals was easy and they were transparent with their pricing. I booked online and paid $30 booking fee, on the day of the move, I had Sergio and Gagan. They were super efficient and fast. They plan the whole process well. I am very happy with their service and would definitely use them again!

I needed help moving my three bedroom unit into a storage unit 15 mins away. I had heard wonderful things about Mooval. Their quote was reasonable. I had arranged them to pack my things also. I was a bit worried when the guys turned up and said they hadn’t packed before. However the packing went well. I was however invoiced for packing equipment that I did not receive. We had a Big move with the 10t trucked packed to the rafters that any Tetris lover would be impressed with. Sergio, Aman & Sebastian were all amazing! They worked so hard and made every effort to keep the costs as low as possible. Super polite and friendly as well!

I had a 1 bedroom apartment move into my new property and Carlos and Camilo provided excellent service that was friendly and efficient, taking great care with my belongings. They arrived on time and did a great job packing my things and transporting them over the short distance to my new place - no fuss!

Big1 bedroom flat plus study. The move was over a short distance. Due to unforeseen circumstances, it started late, James and Coco were excellent and finished within the budgeted time.

Sergio and Carlos were on time and communicated well before and during the move. Got a big heavy table up 2 flights of stairs, very impressive.

Started the move in the late morning and had multiple pick up and drop off locations all around Melbourne, from Brunswick to Roxburgh Park to Glen Waverley. These guys handled my furniture with care and nothing was too hard!!

I have used Mooval previously with no issue and was happy to recommend to others and use again for my recent move. This one was bordering on disaster! Scratches and marks on walls, couch slightly ripped and fridge has damage all over the front. With boxes conveniently put in front of fridge, I signed off the paperwork then noticed the damage to all furniture later that day. I called the Sales Rep who gave me an email address to send my report to. I took pictures showing damage on fridge and had to continually follow up to get any response. And ...

I moved a 2 bedroom apartment. After a quote of 1.5 hour it took 3 hours to get the job done. So I paid 3 times the price . Also they don’t know how to remove TVs off the wall so beware!
