Terrible Technical support and communication

I recently switched to a new plan with More, and after receiving an email confirming service activation, I canceled my old plan as advised. The email was saying 'This email is to confirm that your nbn™ service activation is complete and ready for you to use'. However, upon speaking to technical support, I was told I needed to wait for another email. The conflicting information caused unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. Moreover, the assurance that I could cancel my old plan was misleading and led to complications. Disappointed with the lack of clarity and the resulting inconvenience. Additionally, reaching out to technical support is almost impossible. I waited on hold for 45 minutes before hanging up. Show details

Terrible experience getting connected and customer support

I have signed up for a 100mbps plan and moved from a different ISP. It's been more than 2 days I have been without internet. I work from home and this has affected my work for 2 days and still. I have called support a few times and all the answer I get is it is with the provisioning team and no update. Based on this initial experience I am repenting for not sticking with my old ISP now. The customer agent has no ETA for my connection and I do not know when it will get connected which is impacting my work. Show details

Terrible

Im sure I signed up under 100/20 but somehow I've ended up with 50/20. Buffering throughout the day/night is horrendous as a result and I now realise that I shouldnt have switched from Telstra. MORE Admin - please dont bother sending generic sympathy message either thanks Show details

Excellent Customer Service and Excellent Service

Made the move from Dodo to More, couldn't be happier with how the process has gone. I have signed up for their mobile and NBN plan. Savings are excellent and service is great. Anthony was an absolute pleasure to deal getting the process going. Cannot recommend these guys enough.

Excellent customer service

Just spoke to an accounts officer at Tangerine Telecom about a billing error. He was very switched on and was able to fix the issue very quickly. Recommended!!

Spend 41 minutes to cancel service

I request to cancel service since my current nbn provider offered zero establishment fee. The phone rep. Request me to stay on call while he process cancellation and 41 minutes later, he said “we have processed your cancellation and refund”. Can not understand why you would ask you customer to stay on call for that long. Show details

This is the crappiest service provider

I requested nbn week ago i relocate. Since relocation day 1st December i tried to activate and for 4 days it has not been done. Every day calling for hours and no any positive outcome. Very frustrating. Avoid this provider if you can at any cost. Show details

Terrible not again

I am sorry to say that More Telecom is one of the worst telecom provider will never ever go with them, its been 11 days for my relocation and they are not able to connect.Although i have informed them beforehand.
When ever i call customer service, they keep on asking the same question and giving me the standard answer.

Fantastic service

More have been excellent from the start, they assisted above and beyond to set up my modem. I have had no internet drop outs/delays etc since switching to More.
I've had to call a couple of times for things and their customer service has been friendly, efficient and my query resolved.
Not long after I switched to More I received an email to advise that my selected plan speed may not be available at my address and to contact more to change plans if required and any difference I had paid in the old the new speed plans would be refunded to be. Turns out my selected plan was fine and available at my address but I was really impressed with the communication. Show details

Cheap and reliable NBN until you have to talk to their customer service

Cheap and reliable internet for commbank customers, really easy to set up.
HOWEVER:
- when I tried to upgrade to a high speed plan, I had to wait for few days to get approved. Like why???
- Customer service is atrocious, they couldn’t understand what my query was and there were lots of sighing and silence from their end. It almost feel like their employees are all given up.
- They asked you to provide account number when you talk to them which is understandable but none of the starting document has mentioned my account number at all so I had to ask them what mine is. Besides, logging in with username and password PLUS account number ? Is it really necessary? Show details

Rubbish Service

Avoid this company at all cost. I went through them to upgrade to FTTP and I've been waiting for 5 months to get it done. I know it's NBN not them. But after 5 months of waiting, NBN came to install the FTTP, but I still don't have connection. I have been calling them for the last week, and they've been kicking the ball to NBN, then to another teams in their company to activate it. Useless service. Show details

Fixed wireless carrier star

Have tried a few ISP's for fixed wireless and More has by far the quickest speeds and setups I have seen. Took minutes to arrange, was on within 24 hours and tech support confirmed the connection promptly. DNS servers seemed lacklustre but the connection when swapping to a private DNS really flies. Literally twice the speed of my last fixed wireless connection. Free static IP address a nice touch.

Minimal congestion during peak times, bringing me down closer, but not as slow, as my last connection at it's highest speed.

CBA deal for $30 off for the first 12 months just a cherry on the cake. Show details

Replaced my modem today and had a few issues with connecting it to my mesh routers, and internet.

Within a min from dialling I was connected to Rachelle who patiently and politely asked all the appropriate questions and walked me through what had to be done to get my network up and running.

This took no time at all, and she made sure everything was covered before finishing the call.

It's dogsh*t, never use it

The internet drops out every 5 minutes, absolutely terrible if you want to watch videos, play games or do online meetings. The customer support team doesn't help, keeps blaming it on wiring and my router issues. I literally bought a new modem router, everything is brand new, nonsense its faulty on my end. Even purchased a brand new DSL telephone cable, and nothing's changed. During the short bursts of useable internet, I experience inconsistent ping, occasional packet loss. It is very frustrating and I've already contacted a new internet provider. Will not be back to More again. Show details

Connected, charged, but not getting the speed

More connected my internet started to charge me, but I still using the old provider speed. Talking to the support chat, they said it is still in progress, but I have got the more access login for the modem and the message saying I am going to be charged from this point, using the old speed 25/10 but been charged for 100/20. At the end, they said I cannot have the 100/20, only 43mb. Show details
