bad service activation

just switch from superloop to more , service activation is really really bad , you have to call them and the technical guy is not friendly and whole process is not automatic. I will switch back in one month! Show details

Fast and helpful

Very efficient service. Made my order online and it went through quickly, got NBN to come upgrade to fttp and had some issues getting the modem set up but after a quick call to technical support it was fixed very quickly within the day, did not have to wait much at all. Show details

Bad customer service

After beingnwith them fornover 2 years theb deciding to move i found it hard and challenging.. makes isnhars when their contaxt centre is jot Australian based the langugae berrier wa horrible.. refused to help or even make sence of whatni needed when another provider knoew and assisted without hesitation.. sad to be honest.. i would have preferred to stay butnyour customer service was very unhelpful

Scam Internet Service

Do not go ahead with them. Purchased 200Mbps plan and paying $150 per month.
I am getting speed of 19Mbps. They false advertise their service to get the customers and overseas customer service will sell your data to third party. from the first month of their service start getting scam emails and calls, as they all know about my address and phone number.

We have already lounged a case with comm bank about promoting a service which is doggy as hell.
Also, will continue to discuss this with Australian Consumer Affairs about false ads they have on their website. Show details

Worst customer service ever

Recently, I had to update my credit card information. In hopes of resolving any billing problems, I promptly contacted the company More and provided them with my updated details. However, despite my efforts, my account was suspended due to non-payment a few weeks later. Despite placing three phone calls and receiving assurances that the issue would be resolved, I continue to remain without service. Terrible experience getting connected

Signed up for a 250mbps super fast plan 2 weeks ago and I’m still not connected to the internet because the equipment hasn’t arrived. I’ve called More support many times and every time I get is “wait 24 hours for a response or update”, it’s been a lot of 24 hours and no update, nothing has progressed. Even now I don’t know what timeframe I can expect to get internet connected.

The most awful service

There was a thunderstorm on Christmas eve and we lost our Wifi. It’s about 3 days, we are keep following up. The whole system is outsourced somewhere in Asia and the only thing they can say is, “mam be patient. I have no idea what to do. I can only make a ticket for you.”
Are you serious CBA? The whole technical team supposed to be on holiday for 3 days with no emergency plan?!
Does all those customer satisfaction internal training is just rubbish?!
I can’t use TV, nor vacuum cleaner and not even baby and dog monitors.
How on earth you can be as selfish as this to see us just like a money!

New connecton

Cancelled previous provider as constant dropouts, no where near speeds paid for, zero assistance and service. Requested nbn through MORE. Have previously used MORE in previous home. Almosr christmas and still connected very efficiently. Lem assisted to re configure previous issed modem over phone with no issues. So far so good, very happy with service. Show details

I am using it through AGL / Launtel after switching from Exetel and it comfortably provides 105-110 Mbps download speed all night long (I work long night shifts on my desktop from home). I would like to switch on higher speed with you if this is feasible with the same modem.
