Good but Australia is way to expensive for nbn

So far I’m reasonably happy with this provider. The only thing I have had trouble with is the speed late at night, the speed drops to 11.1 and is useless! Al was very helpful and got my nbn back up and running for me as I’m not tech savvy. Show details

Poor service and updates

Connection quality and speed have been reasonably reliable however the process of relocating an existing service has been terrible. Poor communication, lack of updates (non existant) the relocation of my existing service is still pending and now close to 2 weeks since having lodged the request with no progress or updates whatsoever. Show details

Updated-Increased prices without any notification

Update: More has reached out and tried to clarify.
Thanks for clarification, hence the updated reciew:
More NBN services were average. 12 months back when i got the connection, it was great, but like others, it slowly start to struggles in peak times.
Now, they jacked up the NBN prices without any notification and when I reached out their customer support, they were unable to confirm if the notification was sent hence requested them to lodge a complaint to follow up. Show details

Good if you never need their support

My NBN just disconnected around 8:30 PM on Sunday 10 Dec 2023. I tried to called since 9PM until now (9:50) and still no one pick up the call.
The chat bot is also useless and keep asking my account number and do nothing. Show details

Nightmare, save your time and Money

It's I signed up for the service on 13/11/2023. Today is 5/12, and I still don’t have a connection.
Contacted their call centre 11 times and explained the situation every time and received the same answer that it is still in progress.
When you contact them, it will connect to an off sure call centre, which they don’t have any authority to make any changes. They only let you know they will contact their provision team for follow-ups.

Save yourself time and headache and sign up with more reputable internet providers.

Cheap but VERY poor UX & Support

I've signed up as the fare were cheaper than competition. As always there is a catch.
Support is bad... closing support ticket without responding, and you get no email notification about it.
Portal is bad, they ask for Customer ID + Identifier + Password + 2FA (where the OTP SMS never arrives... and OTP email ends up in Junk, well at least I receive it).
I'm experiencing disconnection, and can't reach out to support to enquire about stability profile or NBN troubleshooting, static IP, CG-NAT or anything else...
I reckon they have no staff on the back-end to help with anything, so be warned... you're on your own. Show details

Poor nbn service and customer care

Switched from AussieBB to more nbn because they were offering discounts for commbank customer. No hardware changed and I could tell from day 1 the difference in internet performance. Video loading delayed, constant buffering with devices showing "Connected with out Internet" when that happens. Reached out to tech support to just hear the usual restart modem and nbn ntd device. They wouldn't reveal the CVC capacity they purchase from nbn because I'm sure they signed up more customers than the bandwidth they have purchased. The tech support rep didn't even care when I mentioned I would like to cancel and move on. You get what you pay for. Going back to AussieBB again! Show details

Rhea in Technical support was GREAT!

Our original modem stopped working after 3 days, was hard to get through to someone to order a new one. Eventually got that sorted after an hour 40 mins on the phone. New modem arrived and worked fine, however we were having a connection issue. Rhea from technical support talked us through a solution and it worked perfectly and now we have a Wifi connection. Problem Solved

After 11 months of no issues, the internet suddenly dropped out and the modem reset istelf. No idea how to fix so i spoke to technical support who solved the issue within 15 minutes. Great service and very friendly.

Gobsmacked to say the least

After churning to another provider and paying final account I was amazed to see a week later my account still active with my credit card details still on their website. Have queried with them and if not happy with answer, I am happy to make a complaint with the TIO as not impressed. Show details

Absolutely terrible customer service

More accidentally had my service disconnected, and their reason was 'someone signed up with my own address.' Clearly, there are no checks done, and anyone can sign up with someone else's address apparently.
The technical team has very limited knowledge and is incompetent. They kept trying to blame my router when it was clear that the service was disconnected. After admitting the fault, they started placing blame on the NBN provisioning team. It been a week and I still have no internet, and I work from home. Overseas call centre and the bloke I got on the other end of the phone was a shocker. Could not understand the english language and was rude to boot. I hung up after repeating myself over and over and spelling out words, I just gave up. Looking for another provider now. Show details

After a month they still haven't got my connection working

Do not recommend! It's been 32 days and my internet connection still isn't working. I call them twice per day and they put a request in with 'provisioning' to switch it on. But it's still not working. I tried to cancel and get a refund but they said I'm past the 14 day trial period. I've wasted hours a day on the phone to them and spent hundreds on mobile data.
