Broker just fell short of calling me a liar
Similar to the other one star review, the broker basically got defensive and fell short of calling me a liar when I said my bank could do a better offer compared to what was quoted to me. I was actually quite impressed with the quick service at first but felt personally offended when the broker outright rejected what I said my bank could offer, even when reading word for word the email the bank sent me. I was basically met with constant "no", "no way" and "I don't believe you" when trying to outline the deal I was getting. (If you dont believe ...me when I'm reading word for word a document I have, you're basically saying I'm a liar) Extremely disappointing behaviour and not professional at all - honestly wondering how this place has so many 5 star reviews. My biggest tip is to literally find another broker just in case there's a better deal, and if there is just don't respond to the people here.

Dear Mortagage Broker Melbourne,
Do you can give mortgage/loan for foreigners (non-PR) who bought Australia property such as Indonesian ?
Hi Bobby, it can be challenging for non - PR to arrange finance but there are certain circumstances where it may still be possible. I would need to gather some more information from you to determine your eligibility, could you please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can gather that in a private setting? Best Regards, Marc Barlow
Hi, I just want to enquire if we are eligible to buy a house, since we received our permanent residency recently. My husband and I would like to buy a house after we finish our rental contract in April 2020. We are looking for a house somewhere in berwick, near kambrya college. What is the minimum deposit and how much can we borrow? My husband is a full time worker as a welder and I work as part time permanent for 8 years. We have been renting since 2015 with good rental history.
I prefer to have communication through email. If you dont mind.
Hi Cora, thanks for your enquiry! We'd be delighted to assist! Can I ask you to email me at email@example.com so we can have a private discussion about your requirements? Best Regards, Marc Barlow
