He guided us through the whole process of applying for a home loan, process of buying a home, settlement etc.. He used plain English so that we could understand everything perfectly. On our settlement day, things were not going to plan. But, after a couple of phone calls with Michael, everything was sorted. Communication was quick, and if we had a urgent question, a prompt reply followed.
