My Blood Still Boils after 4years.
Arrived at 2PM to move the contents of our four bedroom house to their storage at Lawnton ( 30 Km ) and then to our next house ( say 50Km ). Finished at 8PM. Damage was so excessive I still have not come to terms with it after 4 Yrs.
Absolute Worst Experience I have ever had.. If something goes wrong you CANNOT COUNT ON THEM!
This company could not follow instructions, damaged 3 items of furniture, wasted time disassembling furniture that did not need to be disassembled nor did I approve of. The worker also had a cigarette while doing my paperwork on my driveway and also put it out on my brand new driveway in front of me. They wasted time going from the old house to the new house. I contacted them about the issues and they avoided me for approximately 3 weeks! The owner is completely unprofessional and implied that he wasn't getting back to me because he thought I w...as associated with some old employee that he had? I have never experienced such unprofessionalism. After 3 weeks of contacting them almost daily, the owner offered me $200 to reimburse me for 1 piece of the furniture that had been damaged and asked if I would consider taking down the review. I said I would change it to that there was a problem and they tried to fix it. He didn't seem satisfied with that and the offer was taken away. It seems clear now why they have good reviews. I would never trust this company and I am so upset with how I have been treated. Absolutely disgusting service. They cannot be counted on, unless you offer to take down your bad review perhaps? Be careful of this company..
You may have seen "OUR" review on 30 November 2018. This review was written by the two guys who moved us and who insisted that the review be done 'live' to get them their bonus. We were manipulated into letting them write the review given that they were in charge of our goods and time we would be charged we had no option but let them write their own reviews!.
The move was horrendous and started off badly with a smaller than ordered truck turning up which apparently was our fault and we had a major argument as to who would pay for the addition...

Extremely bad experience, compared to when I've used other removalists
Booked an afternoon move for a 3 bed house moving about 7kms. Two removalists turn up right at the very end of the booking slot. The one in charge refuses to deal with me (even though I'd organised the move and my name was on the booking sheet) and will only talk to my husband (I didn't even get an 'hello').
30 mins into the move process, I get a call from the company telling me the removalist says its too big a job for two people, so we have to hire a 3rd person. I refused this, as our house is a standard 3 bed house with an average amount...of furniture, all of which they'd been advised of over the phone and they had agreed 2 people would be sufficient. I then get another call 10 minutes later giving me a 'hard sell' regarding the 3rd person. When I again turned this offer down, I got a call from the so-called managing director who told me he was going to cancel our booking if we didn't agree to the 3rd person. In the end, my husband helped them otherwise we would have been left stranded on the day of our move. I wish I could say the rest of the move went well, but unfortunately some items were damaged including a door and BBQ (which we didn't spot until after they had gone and stupidly my husband signed the form saying everything was ok), they left dirty handprints on white furniture, and also smelt of cigarette smoke due to one of the removalists' constant smoke breaks. And the one in charge didn't say a single word to me throughout the whole move! Obviously women can't make such big decisions such as hiring a removalist...
Called me and rudely canceled my booking after pushing back arrival time TWICE!
Unbelievably rude customer support! I booked a move for noon between 12-3pm. Then i received two back to back phone calls asking if I was available at 11am instead, so I agreed to the change. On the day of the move, I waited on site till 11:30 and gave them a call, they apologized and said that the movers were completing that was just 10 minutes away, and asked me to wait till 12:30 for their arrival. I left the site and waited till 12:30. At 12:45, i received a call saying that the movers will only arrive between 2pm-3pm. I asked if there was ...a communication breakdown between the movers and the operator, the guy insisted that they never promised any arrival time except for what was on their system which says 12pm-3pm. I told him that I received not just one, but two phone calls arranging for the move to be at 11am, which I agreed to since they insisted on both calls. The customer support started ignoring my questions and kept repeating the 12pm-3pm company policy thing. They then cancelled my call after I asked them to sort out their internal memos "please try to get your act together", after which the operator burst into a rage and cancelled my booking, asking me to get someone else to "move", and then taunted me to try to report them to consumer protection, then hung up the phone. Very rude and unprofessional handling of customers. I've used their service before and everything was great, not sure why customer support was so bad this time around. I've never encountered a more unprofessional handling of a customer's call in my life.
