They've lost me as a customer!
We put an order in on the 15th January, I received the email confirmation of the order. Waited weeks and nothing, no emails, no parcel. I logged into the website and checked my order only to see the status changed to CANCELLED. When were they going to tell me? They didn't! Not only that, they didn't bother to refund me either! I sent an email, no response. I called their office twice, the phone rang out (03) 97009771. I put in a claim through Paypal. My payment was refunded. I will not buy through them ever again. Previously I had no issues.
Worst service ever they simply don’t care.
I purchased a laptop online from msy , it’s shown in-stock and paid thousands of dollars. 10 days gone pass still showing order processing. I tried online chat waited 45 mins no response, waited another 2 days emailed them for information. 2 days late received a email saying it was a online error and no stock, my order was cancelled, no apologies no offer for alternative options. They just simply don’t give a flying xxxx about their customers. Never mind I will spend my hard earned cash elsewhere.
No-one reads either of their email contacts.
Order has been "in processing" 19 days.
Sent email to "firstname.lastname@example.org" no answer, repeat daily, no answer.
This really isn't that hard, just assign someone to read the email in the morning and after lunch.
You really have to wonder why the owner isn't more concerned about the basics.
One of the most terrible online shopping experience
Purchase two gaming mice from their website and since then no update at all after a week. Send them multiple emails and finally get a reply saying that the order is processing, but no tracking number yet. It's the second week now, but still no tracking number provided. Fed up and ask them for a full refund.
Didn't know it would be this hard to just send two gaming mice. Definitely stay away from the online store.

I ordered a product on December 24th 2019. I was concerned when it showed “Order Processing” as the status of my order yesterday, Friday 3rd January 2020.
I sent an email at 11:30am on Friday 3rd to ask what the status was on my order. I didn’t receive a response at all, not even an email confirming that you received my inquiry.
So, I called yesterday at about 5:00pm to ask what the situation was on my order, and was told there was plenty of stock of the product I purchased. When I asked had ...it been dispatched, I was told that due to the holiday season, it hadn’t left. I asked for my order to be cancelled and to be refunded. The operator agreed to refund me, yet my order is still in “Processing Order” status.
By far the WORST company I have dealt with!!
Ordered a GPU online on the 11th of December. Rang multiple times over the next week on hold for half hour stints, then an hour and a half and more half hour stints (over 4 hours total). I messaged them through their online support facility, heard nothing back. Messaged though Facebook and Emailed them on the 17th, got replies through both on the 20th saying the order with will dispatched that afternoon (20-12-19). Received an email with tracking ID on the 23rd and the online order status changed from ORDER PROCESSING to SHIPPED. So I patiently...watched for tracking updates, it went from VIC to SA on the 26th, then to Jamestown SA on the 30th and marked as PICKED UP..... I live in QLD, my address on my MSY account and shipping address on their confirmation documents says QLD... I rang support again and finally got someone who told me there is no way to contact the online order group by phone, EMAIL ONLY... Now i'm in the same battle waiting to hear from them since sending more Facebook messages and an email asking why my order went to SA or if i was given the wrong tracking number. MY order status still says SHIPPED so fingers crossed it's on it's way? Just cannot win with this company. IF YOU WANT SOMETHING FROM THEM, WALK INTO A STORE AND BUY IT IN PERSON. That's the only way. I paid through PayPal, so maybe i have a leg to stand on??
Took 13 days to decide not to fulfil my order
I ordered and paid for a motherboard with MSY online on 11/12. After not hearing anything for a week, I emailed on the 18th. On the 19th I got an email stating:
We apologise for the delay on your order, please note we are currently waiting for stock transfer to arrive.
The order will most likely to dispatch within today or tomorrow.
If you are not happy to wait, we are able to provide you with a full refund
We apologise again for the inconvenience caused."
Today, on the 19th, I got a call saying that the stock was incorrectly ...advertised and that MSY would not fulfil the order. They have offered to refund me my payment which they say I will receive in 2 to 3 days. I can appreciate having listed it incorrectly and notifying me within a day or two of ordering and paying. Instead, after my follow up and their response confirming that the product would be dispatched, only then did they discover the issue. Very disorganised and unprofessional.
Avoid ordering anything from MSY
Place an order on 11 Dec and the item is not ship yet and no update about the orders for 4 working days. Customer services is ZERO because no body bothers to pick up the phones.

I placed an order on the 2nd of December, a full 10 days ago and it still hasn't been sent.
It has been marked shipped on Tuesday 10th of December however AU Post has stated it has not collected the parcel.
I have now sent 3 emails, called their helpdesk and sat on hold for 20 minutes TWICE and once for over an hour and left a message each time. No one has ever returned any of my correspondence.
Took my money immediately however have not sent any goods. Shocking customer service, literally do not know how these guys are still in business.
Filed a consumer law complaint with them for 'misleading or deceptive conduct'. Had I known that the shipping times are not 2 days as stated on their website I would never had ordered.

Very Very Slow posting system
Ordered item a week ago , paid by credit card and yet theres still been no tracking details posted even after invoice has been marked with PAID, not the first time and probably wont be the last
Take your money but cant complete the order
Purchased computer online Sunday night, payment is deducted from account monday. No confirmation email, no receipt (except from my bank) nothing. Call help line only to find no one answers any call. Contact them by email and get told that i didn't confirm purchase. No record of purchase on their end cant find my order. Asked to reorder but they cant do that either apparently so after 4 hours of back and forward emails finally get told they will refund my money so i can reorder again! Not likely. I shop on a regular basis at my local MSY (Fyshwick Canberra) and they are awesome but the online experience has left me completely disappointed. Unhelpful, hard to contact and just a bad experience all round. Beware.

Ordered a PC, Tower, Keyboard and Mouse to the total of $2095 .... has been direct debited from my account. Have looked on their website and it says still in the shopping cart???
Tried ringing the Dandenong Store and he told me to ring the number at the bottom of the website, rang that didnt go through to anywhere just kept dialing out. Tried to ring the store again and they let it ring out ???

I don't recommend that you order anything online
1. I placed an order on their website last Tuesday Sep 17, 2019 for a TP-Link TL-SG1008PE 8-Port Gigabit Switch.
2. However, when I log in to my account on their website 6 days later I can see that the same item is still in my shopping cart and my account's "orders" page is empty.
3. I have confirmed that our credit card account has been debited.
4. We have sent emails to three different MSY email addresses and lodged the same enquiry via their online chat messaging tool. We have sent the online transaction confirmation and the bank transactio...
The refuse to refund me
I purchased Online at their store, they rang me back and told me the comm bank system doesn't work we are so sorry, cancel the order and buy again from your local store and we will refund you back. I went to the store got my graphics card. I have been check my bank for the last 2 weeks no refund even though their email stated 2-3 Days. They refuse to answer emails and now they don't pick up the phone it just goes to message bank. I have now idea what to do get my $251 back.
Avoid MSY like the plague
Don't be fooled by their slightly cheaper prices. I bought ASUS Strix GTX 1080 Ti from them because they offered a slighter cheaper prices than competing stores but then it stopped working 6 months in. After a month of back and forth messaging they completely refused to replace it. Only when I literally told them I was going to file a lawsuit against them then they would listen and replace my graphics card, like REALLY? I doubt this is the first time they have done this. They even 200k lawsuit against them from the ACCC and lost because of false warranty claims.

No meaningful support for online purchases
I wish it was possible to divide this review into two parts. The physical store (Fyshwick) process is incredible, great customer support - support for returns/great advice and expertise (literally 5 out of 5). This is why this review gets 2 stars because I know that there are good people working there.
After having moved and only having access to the online store the whole process is difficult: orders were not appearing on the account and the chat support was non-responsive after two messages. When purchasing through Commbank as a payment me...thod you don't get a prompt to return to seller unlike other computer parts vendors. I've got no way of knowing if I am even getting my product even though my Bank account has been charged. I'm literally going off the other reviews and hoping I get an order confirmation within the next three days.

I ordered a hyperx fury rgb on Friday January the 3rd, 2020 and it said on the order that it will take 3-6 days. It is now Saturday the 11th of January and it has been 8 days since I ordered and I do not have a tracking number and the order status says paid. If I do not get a tracking number for my purchase then I want to refund and just buy it from a store
