First stuff I've ever bought. Marvelous and taste great. Works as well. Obviously you need to work hard and have a strict diet. Great product. Will be staying on this for life. I recommend it to anyone. People who expect excellent flavour and give bad reviews should just go eat a bag of sugar and get diabetes. I only usually add water as well. To boost flavour you can just use full cream or even better almond chocolate milk.

I bought this on advice from a few friends who are gym people (I'm not) as a help-along to loosing some extra weight I'd put on and maybe build up a bit of a toned body. I'm not aiming to be ripped or shredded, just a nice leaner body. I'm also a 48yo dad who has never really been in shape.
