Bought some stuff last week, apart from one of the parts I bought was nothing like the description, I paid $21.90 for MX express postage and got snail express. Which they offer for free.

Getting back into biking after 23 year absence. Hoo boy do I wish the likes of MXStore had been around back then!
Shopping in physical bike shops can be a bit of a pain. First you have to navigate around hovering salespeople - the new bike section always seems to be strategically placed BEFORE the parts section. Then ... invariably they won’t have the part you want, or it will be fashionably overpriced. And not a lot of folks have the tenacity to say no when the assistant has just spent 15 minutes trying to find that hum-dinger for a 1989 cru...Read more

Not only that, but we live out of town ... and with the local council constantly “improving” things by festooning the city with traffic lights every intersection, a trip to the bike shop that used to take 30 minutes now takes an hour! MX Store stocks an admirable range of products. They appear to be fairly priced. But what really sets them apart is the cracking quick delivery times. I dunno how they do it, but both the recent purchases I made arrived next working day. We always used to have overnight delivery from Brissie, but this all changed a few years ago when Aust Post doubled their prices and “improved” their service! All just standard post, which incidentally is free for stuff over 20 bux. And no salesmen! How could it be better than that?!1 comment

[Update] Don't trust the site's bike compatibility list
[UPDATE]
MX Store was happy to take the charger back and provide me with a refund. Updating the review since even though the first experience wasn't great the store did come back and corrected problem without any issues. That is a great customer experience.

I bought a battery charger based on the site's listing that it is compatible with my bike. Turns out the listing can't be trusted.
My bike is the BMW F800GS Adventure 2016 and the charger is listed as compatible with my bike. The charger arrived and it doesn't work on my bike's factory fitted battery that is AGM since the charger only charges Lithium batteries that aren't factory fitted....Read more

A lot of riders change their batteries throughout the duration of owning their bikes so it's always best to go off the current battery you are running. If you were running a Lithium battery, you will want to stick with your lithium charger and if you were running an AGM, stick with an AGM charger. If you are ever unsure what battery you are running, there should be more information on the battery itself, or otherwise, please give our Customer Service legends a call and we would be more than happy to help you! :) I am sorry for the confusion that was caused by having your bike listed! fast shipping, but they censor bad reviews
Generally I like MXstore and find that they post things quickly and are reasonably priced. I will use then in the future.
BUT! They don't post any negative user reviews about their products on their web site. All products have a 5-star user rating. I tried to provide some less than positive feedback to Fox about their 'bomber' gloves however the review was never published to the website.
Positive reviews I have written about other products have been published since then.

Glad I chose this one!
I was after a track day helmet bag and was unsure of which one to buy. Lucas guided me through some options and even made a personal video for me so I could actually see the product I was considering. He was very transparent with the options and all of the facts, and gave me enough info to make my choice. The bag arrived and is exactly what he described it to be. Paid for premium shipping and it was pretty slow to arrive but I can understand to a point (although other items on standard delivery arrive a lot quicker) The product was of very poor quality and won't purchase again

MXstore are absolutely amazing spoke to a lady before online order regarding my O'neills adult leg pads she was so helpful yet so patient with me in what I wanted, for exactly what I asked for... even with the cov 19 i still got my items in less than a week.

Broken heart repaired...thanks to MX store !
After breaking the 'bars on my Gas Gas recently,was very happy to find a set of Renthals in a trials bend, in the Mx store catalogue at a far cheaper price than the Trials specialty store was offering. Ordered on Tuesday night arrived on Friday morning.
