Worst purchase ever
Saved and bort the new agvax9 a month ago, tried wearing it 3 times, the peak vibrates that hard you cant see properly, happens on acceleration and anything over 70kph, contacted mxstore who told me that (without seeing or testing my helmet) that there was nothing wrong with it, I've ridden daily for 30 years, i have a ls2 pioneer that never vibrates shakes or anything like this unwearable piece of junk, thanks mxstore hope you feel big being able to brush me off, last note agv offered a free shorter peak, if that's not admitting the long peak has a problem what does?

Terrible Customer Service
Purchased a pair FOX dirtpaw gloves less than a week ago and noticed the discoloration on one of the gloves FOX logo. Bought it back to the store for an exchange and was told by the store manager that it's "normal" and it suppose to happen due to the logo is white and she will not exchange it. Didn't agree to her words as the gloves only less than a week old and only wore it once. I also asked why is only one glove is discoloured which I got a blunt reply with a smirk on her face. Very unprofessional and definitely needs an attitude lesson.

Hi Xintao,

I am so sorry to hear that your experience with us wasn’t as epic as we had hoped but we appreciate you reaching out to us with your feedback so that we can continue to grow and improve for the future! I have responded to your review via our Facebook page but I thought I would pop a copy below for you! :) I have had a look into this for you and have spoken with our team to get up to speed on the concerns you had with your gloves! I understand that you only wore the gloves once and were quite disappointed with the discolouration of the white Fox logo on the gloves after your ride! Sadly I know this feeling oh too well! We all love riding and it's a passion of ours, as I am sure it is yours! One of the sides of riding is the amount of dirt that you can be covered in by the end of the day! Unfortunately, the colour white and dirt don’t mix too well and it can sometimes cause some marks and staining to white gear. Just ask my once white boots!! I think they lasted about 20 minutes before they turned yellow with mud stains…. :D As this is just a part of the wear and tear that happens with riding gear and being around dust and dirt, it, unfortunately, does not fall under a warranty case. The best thing we can suggest would be to try washing the gloves with different products to try and get those dirt stains out as much as possible. Possibly a little bit of mixed bi-carb to create a paste or a drop of eucalyptus mixed with water and just go over the white logo. Make sure not to soak the gloves in Napisan or harsh chemicals. You can also check out our online Help Centre for helpful tips on washing your dirt bike gear: https://help.mxstore.com.au/hc/en-us/categories/115001595268-How-To-s-Helpful-Advice?fbclid=IwAR0sjbt6QfNTcvEaQda-H04vI-2V6aycDfvUOyOzrWbb-jt8VDbDEwbisA8 Please keep in mind that each time you ride, these stains may pop up on your gloves again! :) I do apologise that you feel the way you do about the service that was provided! You are more than welcome to reach out to our Customer Experience Manager Cara at cara@mxstore.com.au anytime with any further concerns or feedback and we hope that we are able to turn your experience around! Thank you so much for your time and I hope you have a wonderful day! Kindest Regards, Shenae | MXstore | Customer Experience RepresentativeSimilar opinion? Write a review on ProductReview.com.au!

Hi Jason,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review!... Read more
My name is Shenae and I am a part of the Customer Experience Team here at MXstore! I am truly sorry to hear that your most recent experience with us wasn’t as epic as we had hoped! :( I have had a look at your order and through the communication you have had with our team to get up to speed on the concerns you expressed with your helmet peak! Looking through the emails, I can see that you reached out to us and mentioned the issue with the vibration. Our team were, of course, more than happy to look into this further for you and requested extra information so that we could pass this onto our Australia Suppliers as a warranty request. :) Unfortunately, our Suppliers did not accept this as a warranty case as the vibration normally comes down to a few other factors such as wind buffering, the size of the helmet being incorrect or the direction that the air is being pushed (eg. off the bike's screen). Our Suppliers ended up offering you a free of charge, smaller sized peak to hopefully help with the issue. They were also more than happy to look at the sizing to see if this may be a factor. :) As we are just the retailer in this situation, all of our warranty cases do need to be approved by the Australian Suppliers. We are sorry that your warranty case wasn’t approved, but we would love to be able to look into this further for you to work out what may be causing the issue and get you back out there riding comfortably! :) If I have missed any information at all or if you feel that this needs to be reassessed as a warranty case, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Experience Manager Cara and we would love to hear how we can turn your experience around and get this issue resolved for you! :) I hope you have a wonderful afternoon and I look forward to hearing from you soon! Kindest Regards, Shenae | MXstore
