they have a wide range of bedding and a large range of price points. they are the first i go to now and don’t need to shop at others
Saw a quilt cover on front table reduced to $69 from $249 at 2:30pm. Signs all over the store displaying “SALE ENDS SUNDAY”. Returned at 4:50pm same day to purchase only to be told said quilt cover was no longer on sale. Had been put back on shelves at increased price. Sales person unfriendly, unhelpful and uncaring. Walked out and won’t return to My House.
Rude Staff - Narellan Town Centre
Went to buy a Christmas tree with inbuilt lights and requested for the tree light to be turned on so that we could look and choose which one to pick. (The trees are the one which you can pick in one hand)
Claudia was the staff person and she was absolutely rude. She showed us the wrong tree even when we flagged it with her and told us to look at the tree online to see what it looked like. The switch was right there and all she had was to connect it.
There was no customers and she was not busy. We could understand otherwise. Her manager was e...qually rude and told us to speak to customer service when we told her we did not receive assistance on her asking if we did receive assistance. We left the other products we were going to buy and spent our money at the store across.
Too many personal details wanted for simple instore purchases.
Went in to the Castle Hill store to purchase a quilt cover and at the checkout, the sales woman said she needed my name and email. I said no, I was not prepared to give it so she advised that the sale would not go through unless a name and email was given, however she offered to put a false name and email. I then took my wallet out to pay her in cash and she then informed me they only accept card payments. Paying with cards is fine but not for simply obtaining personal details, which is what this company’s agenda appeared to be.
Horrible Stay Away
2nd purchase placed 7 weeks ago still no items not answering phone or emails first purchase was refunded for the same reason STAY AWAY unless you're happy to go through the hassle of trying to talk to someone and jump through hoops to get it resolved

I have been a member of ‘my house’ for many years. The staff have always been obliging and i have always left feeling satisfied with my purchase. NOT THIS TIME! It is clearly obvious that there has been a change in staff. Today my mother in law was so excited about purchasing a quilt cover that she had saved for. The current promotion buy one get one free allowed her to choose another item. After feeling hurried she purchased 2 pillow cases that ended up costing her an additional $60 on top of her quilt cover. We left the parcel with the staff...member so my mother in law didn’t have to carry it. She found 2 pillowcases for $10. When we returned we asked the girl if we could receive a refund. The fact that they initially said NO despite the terms and conditions saying a refund was possible and up to their discretion made me extremely cranky. My advice to the staff member who served us: You just lost 2 customers who have frequently purchased from this shop. Was the hassle of refunding $60 really worth it? I had intentions of buying the $1,000 doona but guess what, now I will be purchasing it elsewhere. Words of wisdom - the customer is always right!!!!
I ordered the first week in April, they sent a email on the 16 April saying because they had so many sales ,delivery would take longer. Not hearing from them again at the end of April, I contacted them by email , only to get a email saying my order was cancelled, then another email saying they couldn't find my items anywhere. I sent them a email telling them how very disappointed I was and thought it was a cop out. I live in Melbourne so online is the only way I was able to get my items .

I have waited more than 22 days for my items to be sent and its still not processed despite taking my money and promising it would be sent last week - i will never deal with this company again
On their online store they Had diffusers and candles heavily discounted so I ordered 5 diffusers, later that they cancelled my order because they were sold too cheap. Very disappointed with this service.
Vanessa quilt cover
I brought the Vanessa quilt cover from wagga I paid over $200for the cover and it said it was exclusive to house I just purchased the exact same cover from spotlight for $60 i
Ordered online and it took two weeks to be delivered communication was very poor and only after ringing the company, when the customer service representative checked and said it was still waiting to be picked after 10 days did she action it to be sent on the following Monday. I got online shopping faster from china than I did from Sydney and I’m in the same state.
My House Eastgardens
I recently shopped at My House I was told the pillowslips were all on sale for$10 on the clearance table. I said I was coming back in 5minutes, however the girl that served me had just left to go home. I was told then that they were $49.95 each and I needed two. So the price went from $20 to nearly $100 in a matter of minutes. I left very angry and went in the next day as they suggested to see the same person. She wasn't in of course. It wasn't easy but after threatening to ring head office the Manager "[name removed] ended up resolving the s...ituation. Online they are half price on sale, $24.95 on the clearance table all were, $10. I will shop at Adairs or Bed bath and table in future. They are professional and excellent customer service. My House needs to take some lesson from the competitors and get their act together.
They will state your parcel has been sent and it will arrive with it 5 business days. But when you contact the tracking company they will advise you they havent even collected it for delivery. My parcel was not sent until after the day I supposed to receive it. I will be waiting a month in total for a package that should have taken less than a week.
Worst online shopping experience
Ordered (and paid for of course) Vanessa quilt cover set. Heard nothing for 3 weeks apart from an automated email to tell me my order had been processed. After a few tries I eventually made phone contact and was told my order was on its way. Then I got a call back to say my order wasnt on its way at all because they had run out of stock. Was offered a $20 voucher which I never received. I suppose I was lucky to get a refund. I know im crazy but I really want that quilt cover and I saw it advertised again so Ive ordered it. Will let you know how I get on. Not expecting to receive it but willing to give them another go.
