Perfect customer service phone and online
Can not fault the customer service I received for an unwanted Christmas present as I ended up with two of the same item. Chesser is who I dealt with via phone and email and his communication and help was exemplary. He was extremely helpful and polite and sorted everything for me regarding a return using Afterpay. He followed up and kept in touch with me until everything had been received and finalised. I will definitely be shopping with House again purely because of the exceptional customer service and aftercare I received from Chesser. We need more people like this in customer service roles!!! Terrible and downright rude attitudes at Erina Fair
Shopped at Erina Fair today 7 January's 2021. We were the only customers in My House. My sister purchased 2 items on markdown stock. The sales attendant incorrectly overcharged for the items. When we informed the sales attendants of their error, there was no apology, just a nasty nasty attitude from the older sales attendant. Then they removed the sales tags in front of us. Only a credit was offered for their mistake. I kindly offered to show them the Department of Fair Trading regulations on refunds. Still no apology or sign of customer servic...e or recognition of their error. Finally a refund was given but obviously their accounting knowledge is not the best as they still under funded the refund and my sister is still out of pocket. Both sales attendants really need training in basic customer service, manners and accountancy competency. Also I was going to purchase a $400 quilt - never shopping at that shop ever again. Just like Julia said "big big mistake".

No good writing it on the docket when the docket is placed in the bag and you don’t see it until you get home.

My house is in liquidation does not tell you no refund policy no refund or store no regund policy sign in store and funny website says refund and immediate store credit good luck

I brought a quilt cover called Vanessa at house and was told it was exclusive to house paid big money for it couple weeks later same quilt cover at spotlight called Bella paid $70 4 times less then house thanks debbie
