Terrible Comms and customer service and they have no idea about their stock levels
Purchase was made on the 28 March 2021
The phone I ordered was out of stock, and at no point did they contact me when things went wrong with the order. They blamed the Easter break initially, then they finally realised there was no phone.
They couldn't sort out a new phone or another one that I wanted, so I asked for a refund, but 2 days later still nothing from PayPal.
Every time I call it's the same person that answers, but only the manager has any authority to do anything, he leaves "notes" for his manager, but nothing ever happens. I was ...told that my refund had been actioned two days ago, but nothing is showing on PayPal (But another refund from a different vendor, processed yesterday showed up that day). I was told to contact the manager next week if the refund hadn't been processed - I'm thinking I'm being lied to, just to get me off the phone, and buy some more time. I would NOT recommend buying from this vendor online, only in-store (if you really have to), as it seems online orders are not dealt with the same priority as walk-ins, regardless of how many days you have to wait. UPDATE 19/04/21: I've been chasing up my refund, and I keep being told it has been done, but my order details on their site still shows as being at the Warehouse, and my PayPal account doesn't show any refund pending.
Terrible customer service AND warranty claim
My phone, a Redmi Note 9 pro, needed a warranty claim because of a hardware problem with the finger print sensor - which didn't work. Their warranty claim is almost non existent when you consider that they sit on your product for 3 weeks doing nothing on their desk after they have received it, and after inquiring about my phone they decide it's then they need to order parts for it. What a joke. When I ask for a new phone instead, their excuse is the technician tried to ring me twice. Yes I didn't answer but I rang back and told them to ...do a factory reset and since then heard nothing from them. Still waiting on my phone to come back to me, it will be 4 weeks without it this coming week. If I don't get it before the 30 days as promised on their website I will insist on a new phone or else turn to consumer affairs. Here's hoping I get my phone back next week in a fully working but pristine physical condition which I had sent it in!
Very bad customer service
No communication. Purchased camera lenses for a terrific price. The lenses were not available and mymobile never told me. Last I heard my lenses were being shipped, no they weren't. Some communication would have saved a lot of headache. I found out through my bank.
Good Service, check pricing elsewhere
Brought a phone from there today. Great service but as my phone had died and I couldn't price match, I went there and got a phone as they seem cheap.
Would have saved $110 had I shopped anywhere else.
Other than that good shop.
But like all things do your research.

Most dishonest shop and cheat people of their money!!!
Dissatisfied! It's a shop that cheat others money! Don't patronise unless you wanted to be cheated! Not only did you tarnish your shop image... You completely destroyed the Australian reputation!
Polite shop assistants but repairs not great
I have been in on 2 different occasions to get repairs done on a broken iPhone screen and later to get a repaired iPad screen. The first time I got my phone back I assumed it was damaged and that's why the touch screen and home key only worked occasionally, until I took it somewhere else and got it repaired properly and I've had no problems since.
When I took my iPad right before I went overseas (I swore I wouldn't go back but needed it done quickly). as I was leaving I overheard one guy telling the other asistant it was an iPad pro (which ...it obviously isn't and might have cost more to repair) so I had to go back and insist they look and see it was just a plain iPad 5. They repaired it quickly but I soon realised that the repair wasn't done properly either since the screen constantly locked within seconds of opening it and was barely useable and until I took it somewhere else to get repaired again - and guess what? It's been working fine ever since. Also, while I was dropping my iPhone in I asked for a screen protector for my Google pixel 2 and the shop assistant kept trying to tell me that a screen protector wouldnt "fit on my phone with that case" (it was a case I'd had on the phone for months that fit perfectly). He wouldn't put the protector on it unless I bought a $50 Google pixel case from him. I ended up telling him id go elsewhere and suddenly he sold me the screen protector, and of course it fit on the phone fine. It was very strange for someone who's an expert at a phone shop and I'm sure an attempt to get me to spend more money.
Be careful of what you are receiving!
I purchased an iph gold online, it said in stock however after i processed the order it said that it was on backorder. I waited a month & then they said that the space grey was available so i asked them to send that. I just received the item & it was sealed but when i put my sim inside there was already a Telstra sim inside. I emailed them & they said they only sell brand new iphones but no explanation of how i ended up with a used phone even though it was sealed, made to look brand new. I feel as it might have been a refurbished item which is ...what i dont want. *Update- They refuse to give me a credit of $25 for my purchase of the screen protector for this phone that i had to return back with it still on it. They told me that they provided me with a free screen protector which was never in my order. So first they lie about the phone being brand new but then they say its not their fault because someone else supplies it to them. Then they lie about providing me with a free screen protector. Dont trust them! Im going directly to Apple now, I recommend you do the same!

False product specification claim
This device was sold with the specifications that Dual Sim will be operational on 4G/3G basis. After Optus switching off 2G this month, I find that both SIMs on the network auto activate to 4G/2G making my phone dis functional on one SIM. My Purchase decision was influenced by the specifications that said 4G/3G compatibility. I am unable to prove this as the specifications have now been modified. The description on the product has now been changed to "Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) A520F Dual Sim (2G)* 4G 32GB Black" WARNING - Please take a screen capture before you purchase from Unique Mobiles. I also had delays with the Hong Kong shipment where the box seal was opened. "Just found that there is no contact address on their website".

Dodgy Very rude and poor customer service, Oppo F1s Grey - Wrong Specifications
I bought a mobile “Oppo F1s Grey” as per the specification.
Operating system not loaded with “Android 6.0 (Marshmallow)”.
Network Lock - Unlocked (*2) nowhere mentioned what is *2?
Actually it’s unlocked with OPTUS, in the website they didn't mentioned.
After gifted to my friend I noticed this all issues. I feel very bad and I cheated by “uniquemobiles” showing wrong specifications and hiding information to the customers. ...After my complaint they changed to write specifications - https://www.uniquemobiles.com.au/oppo-f1s-grey They either don't answer your questions nor provide any good customer service, and if they did replied to you, they either are very rude and not being helpful at all (still didn't answer customer enquires at all) but keep denying the facts that you are trying to reach them. Anyway do not buy anything from this liars at all otherwise you'll ended up wasting all your hard earned money and facing many rude and slow customer services. I spoke customer service lead/manager he is very very rude - "Phone is working wright what's your problem, don't call regarding this issue". I have all the site screenshot of before complaint.
buy phones separately to avoid rippoff tax
if you buy more than one phone and its over $1000.00 customs will stick it up you for gst-----i bought 2 phones and order was over $1000.00--- and they write this on the parcel so customs know how much it was---thanks for nothing---make sure you buy phones separately---wasnt very happy as they should advise you to do this on their web site---i thought it was $1000.00 per item--it isnt---better off buying of an ebay seller as they dont write amount on parcel---i wont buy off them again---cost me $280.00 to get thru customs
Samsung Galaxy S5
purchased above grey import & within warranty period battery started to swell & eventually became unuseable. sought replacement under warranty to be told battery warranty 6 months. pointed out to vendor that their claim of a 6 month battery warranty was not to be found anywhere on website. vendor agreed & sent a replacement battery (genuine samsung?), which did exactly the same thing. don't know if it's a samsung problem or fake samsung batteries but vendor marked down because of this & also trying to initially get out of warranty obligations. kogan only from now on.
Dodgy as, almost seems like a scam, don't order anything through this company
Placed a very expensive order, heard nothing for over a month while they held my money, which after nearly 2 months was returned. Scam to get your cash, they are earning interest while your being charged on your own credit card, stay away from this company, deserves a zero.
Very rude and poor customer service, would definitely rated zero if possible.
They either don't answer your questions nor provide any good customer service, and if they did replied to you, they either are very rude and not being helpful at all (still didn't answer customer enquires at all) but keep denying the facts that you are trying to reach them. Anyway do not buy anything from this liars at all otherwise you'll ended up wasting all your hard earned money and facing many rude and slow customer services. Warranty service is nothing but a complete joke.
Worst service EVER - DODGY!!!
Appalled by the service and customer service as well as price changing
the price came out in the newsletter and i went to buy it they than did not ship it for 3 weeks! At this stage i had sent 5 emails and left several messages on the phone with no replies from anybody today i got through to some one who just yelled at me and did not listen to anything i was saying.
Eventually they said the newsletter price was wrong so I change my order and still have yet to receive an item.
the service is poor, the products are junk
buyer beware!!! i would not rate this company at all
i wish there was a 0 star option!
Dodgy company, No warranty cover, rude and abusive employees
Take my advice, STAY AWAY from this company people. They just need your dollars, and want to say goodbye after that, no after sales service or warranty honoured!!
I purchased a Note 3 phone that suddenly stopped accepting charge after about an year's usage. So Unique Mobiles got me to send the phone in at my own expense, which I was happy with. The nightmare started when the phone was actually inspected by a Unique Mobiles tech.
This was the worst experience ever trying to deal with their technician. He was very loud, condescending, and acc...

Check their website, probably the only way to find out if they have what your looking for. Also give them a call, they are in located Brisbane.
I already did just after I asked the question and found that they hardly got any cell phones and their prices of the sony Xperia waterproof z3 compact is expensive
All their phones seem to be new style smartphones / is it worth it to buy from unique mobiles as I had trouble with a different online shop by the name of techoni
Well sometimes its a matter of luck to be honest I bought 2 phones from them without any issues whatsoever and my most recent phone is from android enjoyed because of the price but the service is not cheap meaning First order was cancelled because goods was no longer in stock and second time phone was not an Australian stock with manual/charger for different country so it took me a while to start up the phone
