System keeps screw up
It has been 6 years since I moved from my previous address. But their system keeps change my address to my previous one. I changed the postal address 100 times in the system. Every time I call they told me they would fix it with IT. And they tried to change the address for me several times as well. But it just keeps happening. This time it happened again. I emailed them instead and they call me back, told me they’ve definitely fixed it. But as for my parcel, it has been delivered to the wrong address, there’s nothing they can do and I have to g...o and pick it up which is a 2 hour drive back and forth. And they asked me to check my address every time I order! R u kidding me? I’ve been in my current address for years now. Everything is in my current address. Your system screwed up and you tell me to check my address? Unbelievable.
The person who prepared my parcel did a very good job. I will return back for other products. Well done.

I placed my first order with My pet Warehouse, and received great service and products and excellent delivery time. I had been a very loyal customer of another online pet store for more than 10 years, but their pricing and fees became too much. I have been using pet warehouse for a number of years now and have found their services to be fast and reliable. If stock is not available I get a phone call advising me of such and they try and find an alternative that would suit. My last order was packed by Rochelle, thank you Rochelle for the packet of human lollies, nice touch! I will continue to use my pet warehouse for the convenience, fast service and reasonable prices
Average pricing and service
I have ordered multiple times when they have their so called 'sales' on and products were missing when the packaged arrived. I've then had to ask and wait several days for the missing product to arrive. This has happened several times when I've ordered previously and it's just not good enough.
Their pricing is pretty average. I would definitely shop around as there are cheaper places than this place, even when they have their sales.
My first experience with my pet warehouse
Africa was the wonderful salesperson that packed my order....code 1531625882.....and i couldn.t be happier. One item was out of stock but everything else was what i wanted and a real surprise with the extra treats for my tiny puppy and the sweeties for us. So thoughtful. I will be ordering again very soon. Thank you so much.

Worst online shopping experience ever
Purchased and paid for 12 items which all stated in stock at my closest store. Get an email saying please give us a few days to transfer stock from other locations. Then an email saying 7 of the items are out of stock with there supplier with no ETA even though 4 of the items were still showing multiple stock in there stores across Australia. 1 of the items had 37 in stock. Seems more of a case of not wanting to transfer the items to the WA store. I never got those items. Will never shop there again. Waste of my time.
Amazing customer service, affordable products.
I visited the Northcote store this week and the lady working there was amazing. She was so good with my dog, and took the time to help my rather frustrating mum with a coat for her dog. Every time I visit the service is great. There is such a big variety of products, and they’re so affordable! It’s your one stop pet shop

Customer Service at it's best.
We came to this My Pet store with a number of items to purchase when I was at the Murrumbeena store on North Road on Sunday Saturday the 23rd of June. My daughter and I came into the store knowing we had to buy various items for a puppy that is going to join our family late this week. We didn't have time to write out a list of what we required. The store were unaware of our intentions and because it's been approx 8 years since our last requirement to purchase many items I knew we required help. Personally customer Service is paramount to me and...it is for any business; Especially coming from a back ground of working for some for some of the 3 largest IT companies in the world as a Team Leader as well I also worked for one of the major Australian Banks. The other 2 companies are 2 of the largest IT companies in the world, one being IBM.. We had bought one $20 item online from E bay before entering the store and at first just as we entered the store I mentioned to my daughter who was with me that we'll probably go home and just order everything online as we'll get more information from the online store at the click of a button. That was the plan until we requested some help to begin with from an employee working there named Darcey, who we later found to be the assistant manager. Her knowledge, experience and most importantly to me her demeanour towards us was the difference in spending approx $550 instead of being there for 5 mins and spending no more than $50 odd dollars. We walked out happy after being there for approx 45 mins and having that face to face customer Service. A couple of the very large Stores we have that sell things from Electronic equipment such as high end T.V's to home furniture could learn a few things regarding customer Service from the staff at My Pet. Thank you My Pet and Darcey for making our experience a happy one. You were softly spoken however assertive and experienced in all the products and facets of your job and you never took that smile off your face. Thank you My Pet and a very big thank you to Darcey.

Delivery took way too long
I bought some cat food expecting it to take a few days, that is what I have been able to expect from other online retailers. After over a week I emailed their customer service area to find out how much longer it would take. Part of their response was "Unfortunately once your order leaves our Melbourne Despatch Warehouse and is picked up by Australia Post we can not control the delivery time it takes for your order to get from A to B."
That's nice, but you took a week to even put it in the post, and it looks a bit like you posted it from Tasm...ania! (the tracking details tell me the first location it was in was St Leonards Tasmania). Anyway, this was probably just a screw up (which ordinarily I would forgive, mistakes do happen). However, I detest companies that make out like postage time isn't their responsibility. It certainly isn't mine! I want to be able to buy things from you, I can't if you're not willing to take responsibility for postage time though because I can only assume the same thing will happen next time.

My items were delivered to me in Townsville within 3 days of ordering!!!! All items were there and loved the little packet of candy! Will definitely be buying off you guys more regularly!
I edited my review from 3 stars to 1 star because 2 items are out of stock and this is really disappointing as I have only seeds for my bird for a few days. I have now asked customer service to cancel the whole order as I cannot wait for the seeds. The only urgent item were the seeds. I had only bought the other products as a complement to the seeds. I will have to go with eBay I guess. By the way, why are BOTH products STILL on your website and not marked as out of stock? If both products are still marked as "in stock" it is not a mistake and ...the website doesn't seem to get updated when something is out of stock. If I had known I would have bought somewhere else as the seeds are urgent. As they were (and still are!) marked as "in stock" and you are usually relatively quick with posting, I just thought it would be fine (I have enough for about a week). In other words, I had trusted you and you have really disappointed me.

Very happy with the last couple of orders I’ve placed with My Pet Warehouse! I’m especially happy that I can order my cat food tins individually rather than only just having the option of a one flavour box. I used to use Petbarn for this but now they don’t offer it so you won my business over them. Also extremely happy with how fast I’m receiving my orders. Ordered in the AM on a Thursday and received it by late AM Friday! Amazing - my cat will be happy to have her food for the weekend! Keep up the great work

Very happy with my purchase. Product was not in stock but they kept me updated and answered any emails I sent very promptly. Each time they offered me a refund if I didn't want to wait. I was happy to wait. When my delivery arrived it came with a little bag of lollies which I thought was a nice touch. Will definitely use this company again.

Wow! Brilliant service and fabulous products
I recently ordered some cat food, and they promptly informed me that there would be a delay and did I want to change it or wait or get a refund. I said just send anything you think the cats would like. Surprise them. Well, when the package arrived there was lovely food and a fantastic bonus box of food for the cats. The cats love it so much, I’ll be ordering the bonus Royal canine food again for them. Thanks my pet warehouse for looking after my kitties! The human bonus (lollies) is pretty cool as well!
