Getting my finances back on track

Since being with my budget I’ve had to learn discipline with money and that it’s going to be journey not a race. But I know 2019 has been painful for us as a family money wise but 2020 I can see possible savings and a holiday or two which would be awesome.

High level of service delivery

There is a lot that goes into setting up a right budget, but even more in keeping it current. MyBudget's turn around times and dependability is great.
I consider myself a high demand customer and that the service delivery should match expectations.
With MyBudget, it does.
If you were considering using their service but mindful if it will make the difference you were intending... its likely it will, highly recommended.

Best decision ever

We signed up over a year ago and haven’t looked back - so great to see debts going down, no bills to worry about, it’s all done for you! Now have holidays booked and haven’t needed to worry about spending money - all planned by MyBudget!

This is perfect. Has changed my life!

The call I made to Mybudget was the best thing I could have done. Since the first call my seemingly insurmountable situation became manageable. Within weeks I went from financial stress and uncertainty to not just financial stability but a much better standard of living all round. The friendly and very helpful team talked through all options and looked at my situation without judgement. With one main person dealing with the set up, contact is easy and the service is on a personal level that builds a great trust in the company. Having been with mybudget for a few weeks now I can honestly say the difference in my life is well worth that phone call. The changes are quick and beneficial. Couldn't recommend mybudget highly enough. Making that call will change your life!

Absolutely a life saving service

I have been with MyBudget for about 5 weeks now, and I can only say that I wish I had joined a LOT SOONER.

I have had nothing but pleasing experiences, and great advice. I have been able to flip my finances around with their help, and I am on a path to bigger and better things.

I can't stress enough how important it is to be on top of your finances. MyBudget literally have it in the bag. They know exactly what they're doing, and they do it all with a huge smile. They're intelligent, compassionate, empathetic and most of all extremely hard workers.

I haven't had any negative experiences at this point - so, it's a great journey so far.

My finances - from hopeless to brilliant

Before MyBudget - my finances were an endless cycle of maxing out credit cards followed by paying them off then maxing them out again. The crazy thing was I didn’t go shopping in fact I hated shopping I just didn’t seem to have enough income to cover my day to day expenses and by my mid fifties I realised that despite pretending to the world that I had a handle on my money I actually sucked at it. I was so stressed (and ashamed I will admit) at having to ring companies (gas, electricity etc) to ask for extensions and payment plans on a regular basis because I’d maxed out all my credit cards it was making my life a misery.

After MyBudget- if ever there was a knight in shining armour it was MyBudget! Where to start - I have paid off so many of my credit cards ( and will have them all paid off I the next 18 months) - for good (cut up, goneski) all my bills are paid on time (automatically - no sitting at the computer after work with that sinking feeling deciding who gets paid and who doesn’t get paid this week) I have savings and I have enough money to live on (groceries etc) so much so that that I don’t even think about when pay day is anymore. I recently had to find an extra $1100 a month for my mortgage ( wasn’t expecting the increase for 6 months) and MyBudget helped me juggle things around so that all bills were paid including the increased mortgage payment and all out of the same old pay packet!
People ask me why do I pay money to manage my money and I reply - I’m good at what I do and I’m better to keep doing what I do best and outsource for help with managing my budget to the experts (btw - MyBudget is worth every penny every single penny :)
So there you have it - for me - before My Budget :/ after MyBudget :)))))

A life saver!

After struggling with our family budget and living pay day to pay day, despite both earning good salaries, finally we have savings and a life! MyBudget does care and genuinely treats you as an individual. They understand the difficulties of managing a complex household. I can sleep at night knowing we have financial security. Thank you.

My budget got me to that light at the end of the tunnel

I was in dire straights after leaving my partner with nothing & got into financial distress. After lots of convincing from my daughter I joined my budget, (which was very hard for me in the beginning). I didn't think I would EVER get out of debt but thanks to my budget i am 2 months away from being DEBT FREE.
This is not a made up review, I am truly amazed how my budget changed my life.

Such a relief!!

MyBudget helped my partner and I to organise our life and to finally be able to take time for ourselves! I recommend MyBudget to everyone I talk to! Although I’ve now left my budget I will continue to recommend people to join if they need financial support!!

Glad I called when I did!

After living the last 12 months with financial stress and not knowing what to do, I decided to make the call to My Budget. And boy, am I so glad that I did. From the initial phone call, to the office appointment, to the phone calls from the Welcome Team and communication from the Transitioning Team, I could not be happier with the assistance and service that I have experienced. I was so apprehensive at first mainly at being judged or made to feel bad about my situation but it was all the opposite. Lots of compassion, empathy and understanding. As well as reassurance. I've only been with My Budget for a few weeks now, and I can see how much this will work for me. After a minor hiccup, (these things happen!) That has since been resolved, I have quickly managed to understand how it all works and how best to utilize this awesome budgeting service. I love that within the app I can easily and quickly msg the My Budget team with any queries that I may have, and I know that I will receive a reply within an hour or so. Thanks My Budget I have recommended you to family and friends already!

Our money stress has gone

My Budget helped us consolidate our credit card debts and have arranged our budget so that we are in a position to save some money rather than live from week to week. It has taken a lot of stress out of our lives and now we are saving money for our next family holiday. Their staff are very friendly, understanding and extremely helpful.

Fantastic Product, has helped heeps

My Budget got my family out of a debt situation. Created savings and credit card to zero. We had a massive credit card debt and I couldn't get through each month along with other bills coming in.
My Budget relieved the stress which made for a happy home life.

I have been with My Budget for several years I have come across some real lovely employees over the years I come spoke to a man yesterday 26/8/19 his name is Jonathon (Jon) this man was totally amazing he couldn't help me enough he was polite he mad me laugh he helped my budget even more than I thought could happen he looked outside the box I was totally amazed by this man attitude and the love of his job and his wont to help you.. so thankyou Jon I think your amazing and thankyou My Budget I couldn't of done it without you in my life you have made my life wonderful I will be with you guys for ever.

Life is so much easier with MyBudget

Before MyBudget I lived week to week, always feeling like I never had any money and that I was only one big bill away from severe financial hardship or bankruptcy. When I went for my initial consultation, I remember the lovely girl Jess saying to me "I don't know how you've been surviving". She showed me my 12 month outlook and every single month was in the red. We reorganised how I was spending my money and repaying my debt. It's now been almost a year since being with MyBudget and I feel like I've got more money than I've ever had before. I never worry about how I'm going to pay bills or buy presents for my kids birthday. Everything is budgeted for. On top of this I've reduced my outstanding debt by almost half and almost finished saving a deposit to buy a house (something I never thought I would ever be able to afford). When people ask me about MyBudget I always swear by it. Some people spend money to have a cleaner come in and clean their house once a week, I have MyBudget keep my finances organised so I never have to worry about money ever again.

Fantastic

We have been extremely happy with the service that is continuously provided. It is everything we could possibly hope for and look forward to an on going relationship. We were in so much debt but are now seeing results in just a short amount of time and now have savings. The staff have been wonderful to deal with and we would recommend anybody to give them a go.

Calling to often and we will incur a fee if this continues

My wife who handles our finances through My Budget, often calls to make changes. Today she was speaking to a customer service person they transferred her to another representative saying, We will send you page 5 of our agreement with them and that there may be a variation fee for calling to many times. My goodness the amount of money we pay them and they are threatening this.

Sorry My Budget I can't give More then 2 stars

I was really excited to get started with My Budget, I needed help organising my finances, I did not have much debt but I am living week to week. Well after a couple of calls from the people that book the initial appointment I was booked in. After I had my two hour consultation I was told that I can't be helped and they won't be taking me on as a customer. I felt really disappointed and let down. Unfortunately I was told that after doing my budget and the figures I would not be able to afford there service fee and ongoing fees. I work 4.5 days a week, have employment. This service is only for the rich who earn over 50000. Its suppose to be a budgeting service to help those in need. Just a money making scheme. Save your time, do your own budget!!!!!

August 19th 2019 Update: Not what I expected!!!!

Was told after two hour appointment they would not be taking me on as a customer.

I really needed help and was upset by this.

I was told I could not afford the my budget fees.

They are just after your money. Dont fall for the Compassionate Routine

Today i have spoken to a lady who stated that i was contacting My Budget too often and if I continued to contact My Budget I would be charged $20 per contact. She stated if i was unsatisfied with that I may prefer to cease my relationship with My Budget. I paid $1000 to establish my account and $2000 per year for services provided. I am disgusted with these tactics. I want to know how many phone calls i have made to upset My Budget. I also want to know how many calls is too much per week. I want an undertaking that no excess fee will be charged. I was a very happy customer. But now i am just disgusted. KURT

Wish I had of known about My Budget alot sooner!

Everyone I have dealt with has been extremely helpful and resolution orientated. A huge amount of stress has gone and our bills being paid on time. Plus we have savings for the first time in a long time!
