I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I wrongly figured a bid department store would have a good online presence.
I made on order on July 10. On July 14 I received an email saying the order was still being prepared. At July 26 the order was still not fulfilled and I called Myer to cancel the order. (There is no online way to do this). I was told this would be 3-5 working days. By August 8 neither the order nor the refund was received and I called again. I was told that I could not receive a refund and that I needed to wait until I re...

I purchased two items on sale via click and collect and preferred to wait for my 2nd item to be ready too, but to my horror only 14 days after my order was made Myer took it upon themselves to return my items!!! I am beyond livid as I was so pleased with my purchases and was exited to collect them! Thanks for NOTHING Myer!!

Online order item came with security tag still connected. Sent back for refund on 16 June. Called on 22 July to chase refund and told I would receive in 2 days after spending 27 mins on the phone. Followed up refund on 2 Aug and told refund would be received in 5 days, called again on 9 Aug and have been on the phone for 45 mins (still on hold while leaving the review).

Ordered Shoes online due to no sizes in Perth and from Melbourne they were sent. First off boxes were damaged, lucky I didn't choose for the package to be left. I ordered 1 x boots (Miss Shop) and 1 x sneakers (Guess).
Boots had scuff marks on the back and down the heel.
Sneakers inner sole weren't secured in. And one shoe is an off white shade. Really FML.
Last time I buy online Myer. I will shop in store and do click and collect so that the staff can be a witness.

Purchased a pair of rayban aviator sunglasses that retail for almost $400
Had a issue where the screw would come lose and the lens would just fall out. Returned them and they put in a replacement screw, then it happened again.
Returned them on 17th June 2022 and was advised that the funds would be transferred into my account on the following Monday, this did not happen.
29th June 2022 went instore (Frankston) spoke to a staff member and she put me nto the finance department and they took my bsb and account number and advised that it would definitely be paid within 8-10 business days. They advised that the refund had bounced back.
This did not occur!

Purchased mens shirts online one arrived with security tag still on I then had to arrange for the shirt to be returned so they could remove the tag. They then refunded the shirt instead of removing the tag and sending my shirt back. When I said I didn’t want a refund I wanted the shirt they told me to re purchase online. I asked if I would be charged freight for doing this and the answer was yes. Zero customer service

Had to return an item and it was confirmed received by Myer but still have to chase for my refund! Customer service people on 136937 are plain inefficient and asked many questions with no solutions. I am going to call Myer HQ and request to speak to the CEO if I don't get my money back asap. Thieves!

Received a sweater I ordered online to find it was presumably picked from a store (Sydney City) and posted to me with the large circular security disc attached.
How does this happen?
Now I have the trouble of going to a store to get the thing removed - defeats the purpose of buying online.

I ordered some Ray Ban sunglasses from Myer. The tracking shows they are being sent straight from a factory in China. I thought I was buying from an Australian store with stock in Australia. Nope. Very disappointed they are still in transit. If I’d known they just drop ship stuff from China I would have ordered somewhere else. Will not be shopping with Myer again.

I called and spoke to someone earlier in the week and I was told again the product would be sent to me
I have not received any further information
I have spoken to your team four times now, with false promises, horrible customer service and lies.
Again I have not received my parcel after over a month of waiting.
Please provide me an update on my order. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I will not be purchasing through Myer again and will be ensuring I tell everyone how horrible this experience has been....

If you busy, don't use Myer! I received 5 separate parcels from one order in 4 separate days. I'm still waiting for my other 3 items. This morning (Sunday), got a call from newsagent that I have a parcel need to be collected, and they close at 1pm. Have to travel to the next suburb and parking is hard to find, just to collect one item ONLY. If I have to drive, I could have just driven to Myer and get everything in one go! There was always someone home, but I'm not sure why I need to collect it from next suburb newsagent.
I spent more time and energy to receive this online order than it's to go to the shop! What the hell!

Wish I had read all the reviews before I placed my recent online order with Myer. Have done online orders with Myer in the past and as expected they notify you that items in your order are no longer available after a week or so. Call me stupid, but I decided to take a chance on a Philips air fryer and a kettle. The kettle arrived after 2 weeks but the $380 Air fryer (on sale) has gone missing. I have called, and chased up this order with Myer ph: 136937 (bet you all know that phone number off by heart!!) and have called Couriersplease twice....
Read more Need I add I will never ever ever place an online order with myer again..hint if you are looking for electrical products go to Appliances online. They may cost a tad more but they always deliver the next day. Just an afterthought maybe Myer are more clever than we appreciate. For example you go online to order those cute Mitch Dowd pajama pants with little penguins for your husband and while your online you add a few other things you really don't want or didn't need but your getting a parcel delivered so ok I will add them to my cart as well (just like my kettle !) and guess what the add ons arrive but not the item you really wanted in the first place..who's clever then??- Shipping

I ordered Bose sound bar when Bose had it on financial year specials. Of course, I could have ordered from Amazon AU at the same price but decided to go with Myer due to its reputation. After a couple of weeks the order was canceled. When I rang Myer they said it was due to stock availability. Customer service is rude BTW. And when I rang Northland and City store they mentioned that they have plenty of stock. Then the customer service got me to reorder it again. When I spoke to the manager it was a slightly different story and she said it was on hold and need to release it but I have to order it again. This is the third attempt. Let's see how it goes. Never had such an unpleasant experience in any Australian store before. Wasted lot of my time and did not even offer express delivery for their mess up. I have ordered plenty of items from Myer online during the last 6 months but never had any bad experiences. I ordered 2 ginger jars on the 15th Nov for a total of 118.93. The money has been deducted from my bank acc but I have not received any confirmation from you regarding these items. The number you have quoted above is certainly your order number and corresponds to the amount withdrawn. Why not call Myer on 13 69 37 and follow up your order whereabouts?
