inconsistent information about the loan and extremely excessive charges
Had like 2 different remaining balances which weren't very clear ended up being charged $18 instead of the $6 that got tacked on after paying atleast 400 for $200 loan hope they get investigated soon
Beware - MyFi Charges Too Much
Beware this company as they are a total…
Beware this company as they are a total rip off!!! ASIC should be investigating this scam. Their interest and charges are unacceptable. Borrowed $350 and had paid $278 plus $140 which technically speaking would had paid off the loan. However, I had to postpone my 2 repayments now for the last amount which they say was still owing $250. I have now been charged $79 for for not paying on top of the loan plus 2 x $22 for postponing my repayments. So now they told me I still owe them $359 which set me back to...
This company is crap
Wouldn’t wish this company upon anyone I used this as a last resort due to being a stay at home mother and needed to pay my power etc as work and income couldn’t help me. I’m nearly done paying the loan off but all of a sudden they have ghosted me wth sent them emails asking if they have received my recent payment as I wanna be on top things for when crap hits the fan coz it has before I would reckon mend not using this easy service as you pay twice as much back from wat u got take screenshots of every payment you make to them.as they try and twist crap saying they can’t see payments blah blah blah
I found this service to be rather quick and efficient the application process was quiet simple and easy . However the repayments are a little high to my liking. “ each to their own “ all in different financial circumstances obviously. that would be the only constructive criticism I would have to say .
Thank you Myfi team
What a shambles...
After being told that this company was superior to the previous company (Pretty Penny Loans), I found out that this is in fact one of the same - only the name is different, unfortunately... Absolutely disgusting customer service, threats of added charges and general total dissatisfaction. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!

Should be 0 stars. Stay away from them.
Like others was referred by Cigno. Upon doing an ABN check. They are the same company just a different name. So I applied and assumed they would be as good as Cigno was. Boy was I wrong.
Yes the money was available on time in my bank. That is where the good stopped.
I tried to pay the loan out early! This is where the issues started. Was charged fees, they lost payments, took nearly a week to locate the money I paid them. Made it impossible to speak to anyone. Because they charge a $5.95 fee a week. Naturally they dragged the process out. ...Tried to pay it off in one week. Eventually took me over a month to get this fixed. Had to fight to get fees reversed. Worst of all. When I finally paid the joke of a loan out they didn’t send confirmation or anything! Stay away from this company. They try and drag out payments so you end up paying more to them. Speaking to a supervisor is almost impossible unless you threaten to complain to the AFCA (the Australian financial complaints authority- the new ombudsman like service). When that happened supervisors were available and they even waived some fees.
Was trying to get a paydayloan through cigno loans when the refered me to MyFiServices.
Said would have money Friday Night of the day I applied.
On monday I phoned up said wait till 4pm at 4pm rang them again said problem with account and to send bank statements to prove not paid checked trustpilot a very dodgy website and found one review saying same thing happened to them - dont send them any financial information i suspect they are scammers of some sort ready to bleed your bank account dry.
