Perfect customer service phone and online
Can not fault the customer service I received for an unwanted Christmas present as I ended up with two of the same item. Chesser is who I dealt with via phone and email and his communication and help was exemplary. He was extremely helpful and polite and sorted everything for me regarding a return using Afterpay. He followed up and kept in touch with me until everything had been received and finalised. I will definitely be shopping with House again purely because of the exceptional customer service and aftercare I received from Chesser. We need more people like this in customer service roles!!!
