Don't expect anything if the product isn't right
Bought a Jabra headset that was listed on IT Hub as "noise cancelling". Not only wasn't it noise cancelling, but it seemed to amplify anything in the room while being worn, so it was not usable if you shared an office/study. First called Jabra thinking it may be faulty. Jabra told me that the ad on the retailer site was misleading as it was not a noise cancelling headset. Contacted MYITHUB and they flat out refused to refund me, saying it had been more than 14 days. I told them what Jabra said but it made no difference. We've basically ended up...paying for an item that doesn't do what it was supposed and can't be used as intended. The headset also came in a little plain bag instead of Jabra packaging, which was also really weird. Go and buy somewhere that has better service, even if it costs you an extra $10, because this place just made us waste $150.
Poor Customer Service
Requested a refund as the product did not meet the requirements. They stated they would issue to warehouse to generate a refund docket but 3 days later still nothing. One of the products when i opened tore a small section of the packaging and the refuse to refund this. Very poor customer service, slow to respond unless purchasing. Stay clear of this company and buy elsewhere
Awful customer service
Placed an order for hardware needed for one of our customers and had to do a bank transfer up front. A week later no tax invoice, no tracking number, and customer is asking when we will have their order. SEVERAL calls to customer service later, it turns out they do not have the products we ordered in stock (but said they did when we placed the order). They had an upgraded version, it cost us extra. They sent it out, but gave us an incorrect invoice that doesn't match our bank transfer. Now trying to get ahold of someone to help me with the correct tax invoice so I can reconcile the payment I made to them, and no one answers the phone. Eventually I get transferred to "bumblebee's" voicemail. NEVER ordering from these guys again!

Sad customer service
Brought a $250 headset to pair with my phone. (a Sennheiser) Volume at max was just a whisper and the caller couldn't hear me very well. Returned the product to be checked but the support team said I can't upgrade for a more superior headset and that they won't be refunding it only replacing it if they determine it to be faulty!
Already contacted consumer protection with details so far. I'll be reporting to them on the outcome with the results from myithub.
Person I've been talking to spoke too quickly and after asking them to slow their speach down they got all offended and became abrupt and not very helpful.
They referred me to the support for sennheiser however that support team have not been helpful either.
Fraudulent advertising and Terrible service
I found the Sennheiser headset I wanted at MyITHUB but before ordering I asked a question on the chat line about the charging stand, I was informed that this item did not come with the stand, I pointed out that in the advert under "whats in the box" it said stand included. I was told oh sorry this is an mistake and we will change the advert I advised that as it was advertised with the charging stand I should be able to get the stand included. I was told no it was a mistake and we are changing the advert as we speak. I have taken a screen shot o...f the add and will be contacting the ombudsman or consumer affairs as this is fraudulent advertising. thank goodness I did not actually order anything from them as you don't know what you are getting. Beware !!! untrustworthy company !!
Don't expect service but expect bad attitude
Really bad customer service. Borderline fraud. Take your order showing that it ships in 1-2 days. After two days tell me it's one month before they can ship. Then they don't know how long will it take them to process refund. Answer I got when asked about refund process is " we will check and get back to you asap" and asap is not same day either.
Item was received after a lot of following up and from the start the quality of the product has been of a low standard. Also due to incorrect item being ordered originally, we ended up over paying the company - it was followed up straight away and previous staff attempts to recover the money have been ignored / turned back! A few staff changes later and I have been trying to sort out getting our item fixed and getting a refund over the amount we overpaid. I have been told that invoices are now closed and too bad as we will not be getting a refu...nd for our over-payment. I am sure ACCC and the ombudsman will find it interesting to see the responses I have been getting from this company!!! It was a mistake for our previous staff member to buy anything from this company and we will certainly never use their services again. They are rude, unprofessional, can't communicate properly and do not care once they have sold you a product.
Very Poor Customer Service
I bought a Grandstream IP PBX system with 4 handsets and the system was faulty straight out of the box! I asked for a refund but they refused!!!! they said they willing to fix it, but it can take few weeks!!!
I am taking the matter to the Australian Consumer Commission!

No Customer Service or Backup
we purchased a ISDN VoIp Gateway. The company agreed that if the item wasn't suitable i could return it for a full refund. The item wasn't suitable. Fortunately i kept a copy of the "chat" dialogue and after several phone calls they finally agreed to honour the refund if i send the item back. Guess what.....according to the company the item was "damaged" and they are charging a $100 "restocking" fee.....the company has a bad culture and they don't want to know you once you have transacted with them.
Product not delivered. No communication and failure to respond to PayPal dispute.
Ordered ALOGIC Elements 2m USB-C to HDMI Cable on 18th February. Paid via PayPal. The product was sold on basis that it would ship within 2 business days. 51 days after placing the order I received an email on Monday 3rd April stating the product had finally shipped. I anticipated I would receive the product within the next couple of days, and that it should definitely arrive by Friday 7th April. By Thursday 6th April I decided to follow up on the delivery as I had not received the product or a failed delivery notice in my letter box. I checked...the status of my order on myithub's website, following the link they provided in the email of the 3rd. I found a tracking number which stated the delivery was being handled by Startrack Express. I called Startrack and quoted the delivery/consignment number quoted by myithub. Startrack said they had no record of it and were unable to assist. Later that day I logged a dispute with PayPal on the basis of the item not being delivered. Paypal's dispute process required that I direct my enquiries to myithub. I submitted that enquiry on the 6th April and as of today (9th April) I have had no response from myithub. Very disappointed. This is a truly dodgy operator!
Item was instock but did not ship for 9 days and they couldn't explain why
Ordered a Granstream HT802 VoIP ATA which was instock and paid the $15 for express shipping. 8 days later still nothing. I rang them up and they said they will check with "the warehouse" why it wasn't sent out and they'll call me back. I heard nothing from them but got an automated email the next day saying order is now shipped.
Shame about paying for the express postage and getting it 11 days later...
Not deliver the item on time and lied about urgently needed goods!!!!
I received the order confirmation on the 30/01/2017. I contacted the sales reps via chat before I place the order on 30/ 01/17. I asked them clearly if I can get the item by Thursday as I have to use for my business meeting on Friday. Your sales reps confirmed me confidently of on-time delivery which didn’t happen later. For that reason, I have to buy another phone from local market and that wasted my double monies.
Like talking to a brick wall
A headset was purchased in error that isn't compatible with network of phones in the office. Attempting to resolve the issue saw it costing me more than the initial purchased headset. Steer clear wish now I had have done so.
Very Poor Service and Communication
Staff only wish to communicate with you if your enquiry involves sales. All support correspondence is ignored. Products arrive out of manufacturer's packaging and in poor condition. Store refuses to take responsibility for the condition in which goods are received. Not a once off.
Avoid if possible, alternate retailers have more competitive pricing and quality customer service.

Worst online business ever, lied to me 5 times about urgently needed goods!!!!!!
Please avoid this guy, spare yourself the headaches and anger, I ordered some IT hardware that was needed urgently, the urgency was explained several times, I also asked 3 times initially "do you have this in stock?" 3 times I was told yes yes of course we do, I paid my money, was told it will ship in 1-2 days, after the 2nd day I contacted them, was made to wait 15mins!! while they "contacted the warehouse to see if had left" some time later they admitted they didn't have stock and it would be several weeks till they had them back in stock????......It then took me 2hrs of arguing to get a refund! Then, after being 2 times i would be refunded i found someone else who had what i had what i had already paid My IT Hub for and paid them extra money to emergency ship to me. Then I get emails, no phone calls!!! just emails saying that My IT Hub had found one and had shipped it????....I lot it by then, I finally got them on the phone and they didn't want to refund me now as it had shipped, at no time was I contacted and made aware of them doing this, I stood my ground and demanded the refund they had now lied about, the 2nd time they have lied...AVOID THIS COMPANY(?) AT ALL COSTS!!!!
