So much complications and little and rude support from the online support chat. From the moment I switched it has been a struggle to get everything up and working and the support people are so rude.

Been running at 90-95 mps stable for over a year.
Its only dropped properly twice since ive signed on.
one time my dog ate through the connection to the house and they fixed it without fee and within 3 days

Great service in assisting my issue with a WiFi device connection. I had mistakenly blocked a WiFi device and couldn't see how to unblock. My Republic assistance was excellent. Thanks.

There's no NBN box in my property, so this company chose a time for its own convenience, which doesn't work for me.

Then it changed the date to 14/08. For its own convenience, of course.

And there is completely no customer service at all. The only possible way to approach myrepublic is to use there "live chat" which appears to be absolutely dead. But no one will reply you anyway. They just keep you waiting.

Please see the attached picture. I started waiting way before 7:40. At 7:40 I decided to post this comment so I recorded the time.

Have been with MyRepublic for about 7 months, not great speed. But last 2 weeks really slow, have replaced router. Try to contact customer service through the chat...wait ages, no reply!! Do not use them, I want to leave

Great Service

My home telephone line stopped working on a Friday. The Chat technician reset the home phone connection during quick chat session when I contacted them Monday. All fixed.
Only hassle was, they don't work weekends so had no phone over the weekend, and where we live there is no mobile reception in our house, so no phone at all all w/end. Only a small issue.

Really happy with their service and chat reps are always helpful. Never had a major issues but when I had an outage recently they notified me via sms. Good service.

The internet could not support a laptop running and an xbox S, running ,Enough said Then they wanted me to do loops to leave. Ombudsmen threatened and I could leave.

Terrible customer service!

Experienced regular drop outs. No phone number to call for assistance. Online chat technicians frequently close your chats before issues are resolved. After a week of not having my service issues addressed I cancelled my service. I was left feeling unimportant and not valued as a customer.

Don't use. Terrible internet and customer "service".

Repeated disconnections and outages not related to NBN, but especially if you use a vpn [security], on your router, in which case you are automatically disconnected! Asus router reported several times an issue with "ISP's dhcp". Other times connecting PC to NBN directly, no internet despite NBN green light and no NBN reported outages.
Phone them and an answering service says only chat available now.
Chat - no one answers, or indefinite "hold".
Demeaning, authoritarian, money-grubbing SMS sent asking to "ensure funds are available".
Worst isp ever used in 40 years! Thank God I only signed for 1 month, no contract, to test before buying. Back to AussieBB.

Worst customer service. Stop selling your service to others

Frequent internet drop offs for two consecutive months. There are no contact number available to call someone. I got on to chat thread few times. I have dropped off form Chat thread many times and than spend more than two hours on chat representative with no solution.
Worst service I ever had from customer service point of view.
Please stop selling your internet service to others if you can't accommodate your existing customer.

To my memory I've never had any dropouts, the service has always been very consistent and the few times I've had to chat on the phone to set up the connection/move connection have been very easy, professional and friendly. No issues or complaints whatsoever.

Terrible service. No way to contact anyone except online chat in which they just get your details and tell you someone will contact you on the next business day. Not straight away. I have now been without internet for 11 days during a time that I’m working from home due to covid. Someone even came out today to fix it, they had a look around and said they would be back in hr and half with the part needed and another worker as it was a two person job and never returned. Then I got a message that internet should be working and of course it’s not. They offer good internet but between the drop outs and now being nearly two weeks with no internet and no answer from them every day when contacted about when it will be on it’s a joke.

Can you guarentee speeds over 80 in my area,on the 100 speed bundle, I am hesitant on paying over $100 a month for something I won't be getting.

According to them the minimum delivery speed for me 100/20 is 60mbps, not the 80mbps+ I should expect as I was told by the NBN technician that came to our house to install it.
