was incorrect nothing returned ,i rang team global again ,i got a different person who said nothing was returned, finally the delivery happened ,the driver spent less than 15 seconds before leaving !!!. i got a call 2 days later saying they would redeliver we arranged the deliver between 12 and 3pm,well the delivery driver came 9..30am ,spent approx. 15 seconds and was gone again ,later in the day i received a message to go to the depot to pick it up ,the depot is more than 30minutes away such bad service ,JB WAKE UP AND CHANGE TO AU POST !!!! Received msg delivery between 10 to 12 pm, it was a gift purchased from overseas for my special daughter she waited all day at the door with excitement, until we received a msg that the driver came and missed us, which is 100% false, I find them very dishonest and untruthful unfortunately very disappointed also launched a complain against them. was given my parcel. The courier then asked me to close the gate. I insisted that they close it. They just shrugged and walked off. I then noticed that the occy strap we use to make sure the gate stays closed was missing. When i queried the courier about the occy strap they looked lost. I explained to them the thing that looks like a big rubber band. They pointed at the front garden and then I saw the occy strap. No where near where it should be. Somehow it had got flung very far away from where it should be. Finally. THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking a picture of part of our front yard for delivery of proof. We can never get enough of these lovely sunset views.

Worst courier company. Ordered 55 inch TV from Jb hifi online on Tuesday 20-Jan. Same evening, received a message that TV will be delivered next day (Wed 21-Jan). However, on Friday 23-Jan around 5:30pm, received a message that delivery attempted but signatory not available. Laughable as I was at my driveway and playing with the kids during that time. Absolutely horrific and incompetent business. Delivery was supposed to be 29/9 but they ran out of time. Instead of just delivering the next day I had to contact to arrange another delivery. Ordered my time sensitive medication and the pharmacy that dispatched chose this company. As per the other reviews, nothing has shown up. I cannot get onto a person, and the chat is antagonistic and downright dismissive. Tells you to contact within business hours despite contacting them in the middle of the day in the middle of the week. Show details

Follow-up · Should be zero stars - never sent tracking information, delivered to the wrong address ( was an empty building site), never sent msg or txt to me indicating parcel had been delivered and when questioned about compensation, denied any liability, blamed the vendor and refuse to discuss any further. Lost a $220 video camera and blamed every one else apart from themselves for their error in delivery to an empty building block

My order (lamp) from Freedom that cista $399 was partially delivered I only received the lamp shade and after calling and complaining whole day they said the rest will be delivered next day now it has been 4 days and I’m still waiting even though I can see it’s in a depot which is located 10 min away from my house. I have never experienced worst delivery service not sure who am I angry with more this company or Freedom for using them !! Show details
This company is the absolute worst. They expect me to drive a 3 hour round trip to pick up a parcel form their depo. If you can't deliver to me, don't tell the company I'm purchasing from that you can! They also told me on the phone that they would, and said they'd send me that promise via an email, and didn't. attempts to contact the office, I finally managed to speak with someone who was helpful, but unfortunately the issue still wasn’t resolved. I was told the driver had “attempted” delivery and that I would now need to collect the parcel from the Osborne Park depot. This completely defeats the purpose of paying for express delivery to have the item delivered to my address.
I was also told the delivery failed due to an incorrect name or address, which is simply not true as both details are correct on the parcel.The driver assumed the address was incorrect without attempting to contact me or properly complete the delivery.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, especially after paying extra for express shipping and still not receiving the service promised. I expected much better.
Another woeful non attempted delivery today. I was supposed to receive a parcel after 1.30pm. A supposed attempted delivery was made at 10.30 am. I am home. My phone and intercom are both working but no one tried to contact me or attempt delivery. marked on the tracking order because no attempt has been made since the first one. My parcel has now been marked as return to sending for the last 11 days (since 30/01/2026) but hasn't been updated with the company I purchased from so I can't organise a refund or change of address. At this point, it's theft. I do not recommend using this company for anything. I can't even offer you a better solution than to use this company as they operate for Big W. Disgusting behaviour.

alert. Called several times on the 16th to be hung up on ( I was never rude just wanted to speak with a supervisor), advised the have no way of contacting the driver or depot and that they finish at 5pm and will not be available until Monday. Well it’s after 5pm and I’m still in limbo.

for 25 mins - I hung up as I couldn't wait b) their online chat was broken and kept looping c) I had to be on call waiting to the store I bought the items from begging for help with the courier problems. I had to call MtTeamGE AGAIN to organise redelivery. They say 'please give us 3 extra days because of the busy time period'. I gave them 6 DAYS, with specific request to deliver on the following Tuesday. The call centre agent recorded this as we were on the phone and put into the system instantly. It's now that Tuesday 16th. I have been home all day from 10:30am as I told them (I said I will be at the hospital that morning at 9:30am). I was home by 10:20am. No delivery. Just called MyTeamGE again. On call waiting for 20 minutes. Then was told by a call centre operator in the Philippines that the items weren't scanned today and so won't be coming today. I could not help but express extreme rage and anger over the incompetence of the company not even operating within the terms and conditions they say to us customers directly, they are capable of operating within. I now have to wait another two weeks as they just want me on a whim to be home tomorrow and lose $1500+ of income as a business owner. That is NOT happening so I now have to wait until 30th December.

Horrible time efficiency and process. Not to mention i spent over an hour waiting for someone to answer the phone every time i rang. They never sent updates the whole time. Took close to two months from the day it was shipped until when it was delivered.
