Purchased a portable electric induction cooker from Kogan Marketplace. When it arrived the plug does not fit into the wall socket, the two slanted on are correct but the third straight one is too large. Inside the box a pamphlet said to contact support@mytopia.com.au. Three emails have been sent and not one has been replied to.

I like many was drawn in by the low price, but after living with the item for 12 months it is now landfill.

I know I should have know better, but I took a chance and have now had to pay again (for a better quality item elsewhere)

In the end I've ended up paying twice! Next time I'll trust my gut instinct and just buy quality, I'll actually save money, have an item that lasts and I won't be contributing to landfill with cheap inferior items.

The worst service ever from when I bought the item until I received the item it has been terrible I received a faulty item and they refuse to refund my money

I bought this standing desk nearly a month ago, which arrived on time, however was faulty. This was through Kogan and both customer service to fix the issue was poor. No customer service and even when Mytopia called me, the agent was from overseas and he could not talk English. Awful servie

Great product , easy to use . Video instructions not clear enough when it came which bolt/ screw to use for each area caused us to dismantle few times which was bit of a pain so just screw/ bolt reference in video needed

Bought an ebike with them not long ago. Not only delivery was faster than expectation, but also I did have an issue with a bicycle part (manufactury issue) and they answer my emails extremely fast. They offer to replace the damaged part and they sent the new part with all needed for installation in only a few days with no charge. All you can expect from a serious customer service.
