Worst service ever!!
Worst online shopping experience of my life. Delivery service botched 3 times on same order. No Christmas present for the kids. Never again!!!

Worst Customer service
Worst customer service ever. Bought a product which was faulty and retuned to Mytopia and they offered purchase amount as a store credit to me. When tried to apply that credit, it didnt work and no response received even after sending several emails to their support emaiI id. Finally they replied on their facebook page when I said that I will be complaining to Aus Consumer Forum regarding this . Then after days of back and forth communication, finally they placed on order on my behalf using my store credit. It's been 10 days since then, tracking details shared by them shows the same status from the first day and again no response to my queries. I have never ever expected such unprofessional behaviour form a company.

I bought the bullet scooter for my son for Christmas. We have had nothing but trouble with the scooter from the brakes through to the headset and have tried numerous times to get the seller tom address these issues. I have been fobbed off with "this is also a maintenance issue" for any queries that I have made re faulty product. Very easy to hide behind this and as there is no store front there is no where else to go. I will never buy from them or the on-seller ,, Kogan, again as once they have your money they don't care

Read moreieve that this is due to poor quality parts. Not sure how you come to the conclusion of "heavy use" as it was bought for a 10 year old and only ever used by him. Again I would highly recommend that people do not buy this product or deal with this company due to their wipe the hands of any problem attitude. Also look at all the one star ratings saying the same sort of thing as me- 16 reviews

Poor customer service for faulty products
Had faulty product and they wouldn't even communicate with me. Ended up throwing $400 item out after owning it for one month. Will never shop with them again. Do not use these people.

Can't Cancel 6Burner BBQ
This issue was fixed and the difference refunded. Some how I missed the discount box, or it wasn't there and with the new eBay automatic payment system, didn't go into PayPal as I had expected, and unable to back-out and enter the discount code, so emailed Mytopia immediately explaining that I am pensioner and cannot afford to loose the $167.80 discount, explained the situation and requested they cancel the order so I could try again. I also pressed the eBay 'Cancel Order' button(thinking that would save me) (eBay say I have an hour to do this...
Read more and I had done it within 15 mins) only to get an email from [name removed] at Mytopia store to say that they are unable to cancel an order which has been paid and to read their policy and that I could use their 'Change Of Mind' policy instead, where I would have to Pay for the BBQ to be returned and also pay a restocking fee of 20%. This would obviously cost more than the discount I would get on re-ordering. Several emails later and [name removed] did answer all my emails but still insists they cannot cancel or credit the order or apply the discount. BBQ has not been delivered yet so can't rate it. Very disappointed. Happy to say that this issue was satisfactorily resolved.
