Mytopia

I bought two mattresses from Mytopia's bay store - 1 king single and 1 king, based on my experience of having bought a mattress from the store in 2019.

The king size mattress developed some issues. When I contacted their customer service, their first response was that I was using the mattress incorrectly and tried to blame me for the fault. However, after subsequent detailed communication with Sean, the mattress issues were resolved.

Replaced faulty items without without question.

This is an excellent product and amazing value. Unfortunately, after 15 months a fault developed. I contacted the seller who had a replacement en route the very next day, accepting my photos as evidence, not requiring the faulty blanket to be returned..
This is the best customer service I have experienced in years! At last, an ethical seller who stands behind the items he sells and doesn’t make you jump through hoops to get satisfaction under a warranty claim.
I will certainly buy from this seller again.

The item I bought from mytopia was not so great but how the staff handled the complaint was outstanding. My emails were answered promptly and they followed through very efficiently. Even though the product was a dud, I would buy from these people again and have recommended them to others as well. This is how customer complaints are supposed to be handled - promptly, with no fuss or acrimony.

I ordered an oven from Mytopia and it was allegedly damaged at the courier’s depot - Hunter Express.
MyTopia sent me another one and when I opened the box, the glass front door of the oven was smashed into pieces. Same courier - Hunter Express!! When it’s printed “FRAGILE” in large bold letters all over the box, what does that mean I wonder??
I sent an email and a picture of the smashed oven to MyTopia and they sent another one the next day and used their own warehouse staff to personally deliver it. No issues when I received it.

I had cause to contact Mytopia as my electric bike was not functioning to it's best. I contacted Mytopia service and was contacted very promptly by Wade who offered support and possible solutions to my dramas. As we are living in a remote part of WA there was no-one who could help here so his support was very welcomed.

In the end we solved the issues and now will begin to fully enjoy the experience.

Prompt replacement of a faulty foldout solar panels, 1 week before the end of warranty. Return and send postage covered. Not out of pocket. I could give fewer stars for a faulty product but stars are for after-sales service. Great feedback too.

Very happy with my bullet ladder. It is a great product and very sturdy and easy to use. Arrived very quickly. Too heavy for me personally so had to return it but when i contacted the seller they responded immediately and the return was organised quickly and easily. Would be happy to purchase from this company again.

Bought off Mytopia EBay store.
Faulty unit, sent back received replacement, that too was faulty, third unit sent to replace the second is faulty as well.

This is unacceptable, look forward to Mytopia's response

Update: Mytopia stepped up and resolved the matter. Issuing a refund. Cannot fault Jess from Mytopia's resolutions team. She offered exemplary assistance and service.

Mytopia cannot be held responsible for the faulty CTEK MXS 5.0 Car Battery Chargers. That lies squarely with CTEK and it's QA

I bought a lot from these guys, mostly very satisfied with products, great prices, had to return at least 2 items, got refunded without too much fuss, but keep in mind I live close enough to drive out to their Warehouse on a daily basis!

I found the website easy to navigate and found what I was looking for. I was impressed with the wide range of products available too. Had a few issues with the first skateboard I bought but the replacement works really well.
